I can't imagine how hard it is to debate someone you disagree with on TV. I disagree with John Stewart on most things and he is one of the best I've seen. That being said, Mr Beck did the rite thing by kicking Mr Levenson out after bringing up race on a non-race issue. If your there to talk about a topic then the conversation is over when race is brought up. If Mr Levenson want to talk about race go on Rev Sharpton's show. Mr Beck not being a great interviewer has nothing to do with race.

However, if a certain number of employees in several states or jurisdictions are committing similar crimes, then I believe it is the duty of the company to investigate the reason and if any policies are enabling or hindering said actions to occur.
