Why does it take the program a long time to execute movements?

is it because the image recognition program takes a bit of time to decipher objects?

I used 2 wheel car that you can control seperate each other. This gives you turn around ability. (1 is forward, the other is backward)

I also used color determine. After that I tried to use AI to recognize a car in the picture but I couldnt.

There's a bit of AI - the set of rules it uses to determine what to do next. Then again, what is intelligence?? (Let alone the artificial kind...)
