wow how did he manage to go from quadraplegic to being able to move his arms? isn't that only parapalegic

@truexromancex common misconception... but its impairment in all four limbs, he can move his arms but it dosent mean he has 100% function and control... paras have full control in there arms because their injury dosent affect their upper body where as quadriplegia does
