@shailanrockz Katy's ticket prices are incredibly reasonable!! I paid $61 per ticket and had awesome seats!! (Tickets for the nose-bleed section for Britney Spears were at least double that!) However if you want a seat on the floor in the 1st couple rows, you would have to purchase a VIP package - I think they ranged from $300-600, but I'm not sure exactly. If you get a chance, you have to see Katy in concert - she is the best!! =D

@shailanrockz Very hard to say, you would have to read what each package includes. Some VIP packages include Meet & Greet sessions with the artist, some just with the band, other packages just give you great seats and some merchandise. I don't know for Katy, I don't recall it including a Meet n Greet.=D

@whsman The earliest she would return to Winnipeg would be on her next tour which would be after another CD release maybe in a couple years. Although Katy will be in Minneapolis soon, her show is sold out there too. With any luck, she could put on a concert in Grand Forks or Fargo North Dakota. =D
