Mr. Show (American, 1990s) was *awesome*. SCTV (Canadian, 70s-80s), A Bit of Fry & Laurie (UK, 80s-90s) and Big Train (UK 90s) were great as well.

None of them are on the air any more, but there's clips from all these programmes on this site.

Mitchell and Webb are the best sketch guys on right now. There's nothing on in the US or Canada presently that's as good.
