  • This sounds great. Do you just ask him to let you use his lectures? Or is it just legal to take lectures and put them in a song?

  • Actually, I'm pretty sure it comes from a lecture, although it's just bits and pieces. I think it might be something that the "The Teaching Company" put out.

  • It does come from pieces of a lecture series by Alan Watts. He is a very well known interpreter of Eastern philosophies among many other things. He has a podcast if anyone is interested.
