If you look at the title of the video , the only song mentioned is NIB. If you take the time to look at the original Black Sabbath album, you will see that the intro you are refering to is is actually billed as separate tune called "Bassically." He played NIB, which is exactly what the title of the video lead us to believe he would be playing. I will also add that he played it quite well.

If you want to get a more Sabbath-like tone, which I suggest doing because of the hit-or-miss style of Les Claypool (this is the primus version with Ozzy so you know) play the strings higher, at the very base of the neck. It gives it a smoother tone. : )
