  • why poke your nose in? i wouldn't want you photographing me if i was getting talked to by the police. now that guys face is on the internet, he could be innocent. what if his employers saw it? it could cause all sorts of problems. idiots like you getting in the polices faces all the time are just asking for trouble. if you're really that against the government start a revolution, instead of posting boring stupid clips on youtube.

  • I'd have told you to mind your own business. It's the police job to check people out, I'm sick of hearing you bored people going on about police harassing people, it clearly seems that you had time on your hands to harass the police. Get a life sad little man.

  • @09SRILANKA You obviously never read some of the previous comments where people raised the same points as you did,if you had you would never have had to ask me this question. That's the problem with people who just let their emotions run away with them. I now know those policemen, and acknowledge them whenever I see them and they're not as ignorant as to tell me to mind my own business.

  • @Vinseneb. Like i say it seems to be the latest juvenile craze, see the Police stop searching someone & go & shove a camcorder or video phone in the officers face. If i was an officer id be arresting you for obstructing me in the course of my duty. Just think you muppets will no doubt distract the officers enough in order for the person they are detaining to dispose of any drugs etc.... Like is say get a life sad little man.

  • @09SRILANKA Well considering this video was made over two years ago,I doubt very much that it's part of a juvenile craze. If you were an officer (which I think this is really all about) and you had arrested me for obstruction it would never have stood up in a court of law,now toddle of and do your homework,or some research at least before you come trolling in peoples comments sections,YOU sad little man.

  • @Vinseneb. Perhaps when you are at work is it right that the officers visit you shove a camera in your face & you would be happy for this. You quite clearly are that Sad silly man who really does need to get a grip & stop posting this obstructive garbage which teaches the very easily influenced youth of today to follow in your stupid footsteps. Now would it be adult of you to respond to my question about is it right that the Police respond to a call from the public. Sad & lonely man...

  • @09SRILANKA See this is the kind of thing I'm talking about, you know nothing about me,I can assure you I don't get sad,I get active! and I'm five foot eight,so I'm not little either. That's two things so far that you've been wrong about, and as for lonely, the only time I ever experienced that was when I was lying in solitary confinement on and old stinking mattress, with one threadbare blanket. It seems to me judging by your channel that you were speaking about yourself when you said those words.

  • @Vinseneb Looking back over your comments pains me,it really does, you have no real view of the real world. Your viewpoint comes across as if you plucked it straight out of a right wing liberal manual. Also judging by your other rants on other channel comments I'd say you need to turn the TV of and stop reading newspapers. I do not have the time for people like you coming on to my video's with that attitude so YOU'RE BLOCKED and you won't be able to answer this. How frustrating that must be.

  • @09SRILANKA.Its quite clear that this has been going on for sometime, you clearly have not read my comments/ understoofd them, if the Police had been called as this man was acting suspiciously/ seen with a knife/or selling drugs is it right or wrong that he should be searched? Im guessing that you are on the side of everyone carrying out offences & that they should not be searched etc even if contacted by concerned members of public. You clearly have failed in understanding of right /wrong

  • @09SRILANKA I wish you would stop spamming up the page with your views on HOW things should be,you're just running over the same ground every time. Like I said if you had read the comments, you would NEVER be having this discussion, which to be quite frank is getting boring now. I'm all for people making their point but that can be done within a single comment. I noticed on your channel that this is not the only video you've been trolling. any more and you'll be blocked. Simple!

  • @09SRILANKA. if you read my comments they are clearly comments & not a question. Im simply commenting on a youtube upload where a sad member of the public has chosen to get involved in something that is nothing to do with them. Have you ever thought about the fact that the Police may have had a call about this male being involved in drug supply, possession of a weapon or something similar, thats the trouble people do not think. Im not interested in other comments, my emotions are intact.

  • He probably just told you to go away as you appear to be really annoying and trying to aggravate a situation which shouldn't involve you.

By the looks of the second picture, the ''Busker'' probably would tell you in a less polite manner to jog on.

  • @wasabitvuk He wasn't a busker,he was a homeless guy and I now know him and those policemen and if you had read the comments or watched some of my other vlogs from around this time then you would have known that. As I said to the guy above who just posted a comment, they turned out to actually be Good Cops! also they were smart enough not to tell me to go away but to find out where they and myself stood (in law) regarding taking pictures of members of the public. Smartass!

  • I am in the process of joining the police force. I sympathise with you completely, but you must understand that in any organisation, whether the police force or in an office job, there will be people who are power hungry and enjoy humiliating others for self sattisfaction.

  • @stuartallford for the love of god please don't let the uniform go to your head. set a new standard be a real man not a semi human sell out like 99% of the police force. your supposed to be the best we have to offer you catch the bad guys please please be wise and do it for the people we are tired of being bullied and spied on its just a matter of time before the shit really hits the fan.

  • @komaki119 i love to help people. that is the only reason why i want to join the police force. it has nothing to do with craving power. all i wish to do is give back to the community that i live in, for my own personal reasons. i do understand that a lot of people that join the police force just do it to kick a few heads in.

  • @stuartallford commendable reasons for joining, however one day you are going to have to follow protocol and arrest someone you might not want to like a paralysed from the neck down medicinal cannabis user or perhaps an elderly person whom shoplifts because they cant afford to eat, what you do when faced with a situation like that will make you the copper you are to become.

  • Comment removed

  • @komaki119 A good officer will make an assessment of the situation. Just because the law has been broken, it doesnt mean an arrest needs to be made. I hope i can be one of those officers who have that level of judgement.

  • @stuartallford me too mate, good luck.

  • @stuartallford I like the thread guys! Nice one! Sorry I missed your first comment Stuart, they don't always show up in my inbox! Good luck signing up,all the best!

  • @Vinseneb i know man,,, anger is a disease to which we all have the cure. peace from belfast

  • @toptrichs Thanx! I removed those comments from the other video as well,no point in leaving daft negative comments lying around. Sorry we got of on the wrong foot. You take care as well man. :)

  • Comment removed

  • @toptrichs Why are you running around comments sections spreading hate like that?

  • @toptrichs No worries!

  • @Vinseneb how bout i subscribe to your channel. im kinda interested in the freeman stuff,,, i have never felt free in my life

  • @Vinseneb im a bit of a joker..so dont take my previous comments on board

  • @toptrichs I won't no worries!

  • @Vinseneb and also ..to be very honest ..i do hate cops, the fucking ruc allowed "loyalists" murder squads come into our homes and kill my people...so i find it a hard transition to rid myself of that.

  • @toptrichs I can understand that, couldn't have been easy,at least your honest about it! cheers!

  • @toptrichs explain your "unionists "reason for bringing in the brits... was daddy doing a "tour" here ..eh!

  • @toptrichs p.s im waiting on reply.

  • @toptrichs No! my dad was a safe breaker,not a soldier, sorry!

  • @Vinseneb ok,,if you say so,,if he was ..i take my hat off to him,,but,,,you were the 1 that said facer smashing,,, not i,

  • @Vinseneb haha your keyboartd must be camouflaged.

  • well your a twat who thinks he knows his rights but you dont first: anyone has the right to refuse being filmed and if they do refuse it would then be an offence to film them. Second: you cant refuse to give your name because that is obstruction third: police have the right to search anyone who they believe could pose a threat to the public or themselves and that then would mean that it would be an offence to refuse that therefore you could and should have been arrested you dick head fucker

  • @gin6369 If it's a public place then I can film whoever I choose, they can ask me not to film them if they like and I may or may not take any notice of that request, depending on who it is and the circumstances,it's the law. Also unless I am under arrest I am not obliged to give my name or any details about myself. If I am under arrest and refuse then yes that is obstruction. You need to brush up on your law. I recommend Blacks Law Dictionary.

  • @gin6369 Please refrain from attacking people in the comments before you even know what you are talking about and refrain from using idiotic and childish bad language,it only reveals your lack of education and social skills!

  • @gin6369 Nice to see you defending your freedoms, my freedoms, your childrens freedoms, and everyone other human beings freedoms, and really sticking it to the big corporate machine that controls us. Cheers mate. You need a hug, and Id like to offer you one.

  • @gin6369 YOU,VE OBVIOUSLY BEEN MOLESTEDF AS A CHILD,,,HAVE YOU TOLD THE POLICE YET?

  • Pointless fuckin vid....

  • @devinowensthegreat Thank you!

  • 1. they had reason to stop and ask you you just stopped them doing their job. maybe they could have prevented a real crime if you hadn't wasted their time.

  • @tribeworld1 They were wasting their time already, read some of the comments. You'll pick up on it!

  • Fair play. It really annoys me that so many police officers don't know if what they are trying to enforce is lawful/legal and so many let their ego get in the way. But maybe it's not their fault. I've never been a policeman or attended any training sessions but maybe it's just that they're being trained very poorly, perhaps even on purpose.

  • @Law12389 Hey thats a good point,I've spoken to one of those cops since this incident and he isn't so bad actualy,he had a chuckle to himself when I said he was on YT and he said I hope my arse doesn't look too big.

  • The police film the public, so you decided to film them! I don't see a problem with that, but obviously the PCs you encountered prefer to act ABOVE the law.

Well done to you, sir. We should all learn from your example.

  • @Nitrogenated Thanx man! Glad you saw it for how it is. Some people! hmmmmm! take care man.

  • Vinseneb, your a sad man. Why video Police stopping someone? Do you know why he was stopped - No. Was it any of your business - No. Are you going to change Police policy and law by posting this vid on YT - No. Go do something useful, Job Centre maybe?

  • @unluckee3548 Lol! hey, don't be a killjoy man,all I was doing was practicing my freedom to use a camera on the streets and to film whatever I like, including our public servants in action. It was spur of the moment stuff but I knew my rights and stood my ground, they lied and said it was Illegal but I knew it wasn't,end of story really. Have a nice day :)

  • what utter pish, 2 photos and im expected to believe this nonsense

  • @kellychippy Lol! believe what you like, you're allowed that,at least for now anyway, but before you start accusing me of being a liar,at least have the courtesy to read some of the comments or contact me and ask me whatever you like about the vid. It was an incident caught in the spur of the moment with a mobile phone/camera. If you'd like any more info than that contact me! If not then please keep your annoying and accusing comments for some other c/s. They're not helpful. Peace!

  • There is something important to know about Section 76. It only applies if you are going to give that picture to a terrorist. Unless they can prove you had the intention to pass the picture to a terrorist then maybe there could be something wrong.

If your intention is not to pass the picture/video to a terrorist then the court can not prosecute you. The case will be dismissed. The more this happens the more pressure the CPS will put on Police to learn the statutes and Common Law.

  • @Tzimnewman3 Thanx for that!

  • @Vinseneb No problems

  • Section 76 of the Counter Terrorism Act came into effect on 16th February 2009. Under Labour it became a criminal offence to photograph police officers. Police already acted like this law existed long before it did though.

I was nearly arrested for filming an aggressive arrest on my mobile phone in 2008. I was given "two seconds" to erase the footage or I was in for a rough time. A thug is a thug whether in jeans, a uniform or a suit. Makes you proud to pay their wages doesn't it?

  • @HarryBallbag Cheers for the info, boys will be boys and cops will be scumbags if they can get away with it. It's not only in the forces where we see evil prevail,it's in the management sector where you get the real little hitlers, some human beings just don't deserve a place in the human family at all, they are toxic, they need to be quarantined. Notice how the deranged psychopaths always get those sort of jobs, the ones that are just evil enough to keep the work force producing.

  • you know that we follow in suit to the usa, they are in dire straits with their fema camp and depop adgenda, it is done in a different way over here, more quietly and so we Sleep.

  • @toiwin Incrementalism. Totally!

  • Because of the high levels of crime, we need a police state in the UK.

  • @GoldenLegends Oh be quiet! and get a grip :)

  • @GoldenLegends idiot

  • @GoldenLegends you are a tare and a miss information low life. WE DO NOT NEED A POLICE STATE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM. We should ALL be opposed to having our rights taken away. Lisbon treaty TOOK UK SOVERIGN rights away. We in UK have no rights left. That does not mean that we should agree with them you low life fool

  • hasn't the law now changed under the terrorism act to include filming police as an offence? Apparently the police are now classed as "the armed forces" to be included in this act.

  • @777system777 I'm not sure about that,I'll sure to check on it though, the law in Scotland is slightly different from English. Thanx for that one though :)

  • fucking pigs a c a b

  • What I recommend in your situation is a swift kick in the bollocks to cop 1 and a right hook to cop 2.

take photos of knocked out cops then go to the pub.

  • @funkytripper Heh Heh! I don't think I'd get away with that in Dundee,CCTV everywhere.

  • I lve in London and I see it all the time I feel so tempted to expose these guys to the victim for what they really are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I used to live in London aswell and I have to say it's worse there. The police here are way more easy to speak to for instance these guys did back of when they were confronted. I've since seen the cop who looked at the camera and I told him he was on YT and all he was concerned about was if his bum looked big or not. The London boys would probably take me for a friendly kicking in the van. Don't be afraid of them ever, they are only human after all. :)

  • I find that some police are very good and some are complete assholes but there are few in between- just like in the Police Academy movies.

  • Simple solution, vote for the party they don't want you to hear - the BNP - well aware of common purpose, the NWO, Euro-Communism, and the loss of civil liberties. P.S was that Edinburgh? the accent also backs this up.

  • just out of interest how do you know he hadnt just raped someone - why does any police action have to be harrasment

  • Intuition my friend INTUITION! and mine has never failed me. The police even admitted they never had anything on him and they let him go. I spoke to the guy afterwards and found out that he was a homeless guy and he told me it wasn't the first time he had been stopped and searched. Now I don't know what you'd call that but I'd call it harrasement.

  • Just out of interest why did you downrate the vid before asking me the question?

  • i didnt rate anything i just commented how did you know. i just see a lot of people who assume the poilce are up to no good all the time.

  • No I don't think that at all about the police. I know my local beat police and they are good people but these guys were harrasing that guy and their sheepishness afterwards was a dead give away. Most members of the public would just pass on by but that's just not me. Injustice must be tackled head on. Peace!

  • yea its a shame a few police act up get peoples backs up

  • @hmmcrunchy keep looking on youtube especialy Darren Pollard, more and more police use rough tactics and intimidation.

  • no mate ive just had a look at his vids, the officers try to speak to him reasonably and he just takes the mick - that not a good example. he is the type of person who deliberatly tries to antagonise the police by pushing the bounderies of their goodwill too far.

  • Nice one for having the balls to exercise your rights and for standing your ground, man. I've seen a video by TheAntiTerrorist, in which he offers some good advice if being confronted by the police. if i'm found in a similar situation as yourself, i intend on using his advice and doing the same.

  • Thanks Scott. I'm sure if you do use any advice by TAT it will stand you in good stead my friend. I would also try and use a little bit of John Harris's advice and find the human being inside the uniform. Peace!

  • hey nice one man, I cant believe they told you it was illegal to film police.

  • Yeah I know the cheek of them. lol!

  • hey respect brother

  • Cheers!

  • Get a life you loser...

  • Who's the loser! 24 years old been on YT for years no friends or subs. commenting on things you really do not understand. Big FAIL dood. Shout mummy to tuck you in tonight little boy.

  • you dont have to provide a nameor address if you havent commited a crime. so dont give them one , frustrate them at every turn .its war!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • If that was the US, the cop wouldn't have asked you if he could search your pockets. He would have told you to get against the wall, and he would have felt you up. And if you resist, well, then he has a free ticket to rough you up good.

    Land of The Free. heh.

  • Dont think that the brit cops don't carry out the same shit as the robos in your land dood. Beleive me they can be just as nasty. The Met (London Metropolitian Police) are one bunch of violent brainwashed little MF's. They kill people too.

  • I'm glad you responded, I was going to look for this video and come back to explain my comment a little better.

I wasn't trying to say "suck it up - we have it worse" but what i was trying to say is.. "man i envy that you can tell them no.. and good on you for asserting that right - don't let it become america"

  • This abuse of personal space is just a disgrace, What the hell is going on when these people actively obey these commands to destroy civil liberty's?. One day as "agent Smith" is butt rapeing them over a table they will realise that these laws and this intimidation will be turned on them so so rapidly when the state deems it is time to do so! - - THIS IS A WAR AGAINST ALL FREEDOM AND LIBERTY, THE POLICE WILL BE AS MUCH VICTIMS AS THE REST OF US SOON ENOUGH!

  • Spot on!

  • they have took the parks, the youth clubs, even kicking a ball is a crime here and they have the adacity to say our kids are out of control when they take everything from them

  • do you have many comunity police workers,

we have more them than police but the police we have got target the youngsters especially if you have a hoodie on, the kids get no peace at all ASBO is rife in mansfield

  • I heard that adults have been victims of more asbos against them than the kids!!!

one step more towards despotism, two steps back for democracy!!!

  • I have had many a run in with the uniformed minions of satan...I've seen them preparing our psychie for the police in black ski masks through shows like street wars and road wars where they show squads of them with faces covered. Predictive programing or w/e its called..

  • Totally Robbie!

  • once people realiz police need concent to opperate without aresset there will be less police abusing the power we the publc bestow upon them the police work for US keep that in mind the next time you find a police officer makeing unlawfull demands apon youre person.remeber not all police are bad and thay maynot agree with policys forced apon them by the people that own our beautiful contry o and everting in it yes that meens you to and thay are the bankers, globle elite AKA THE NEW WORLD ORDER

  • Yep! Spot on.

  • I know it doesn't bear thinking about how the families of these victims feel. There are some good cops out there but the whole culture would need big changes. It's up to us to approach them and remind them why they are really there,I've spoken to a few this year and they were ok,they just didn't have a clue about what I was telling them,One of them did though,I had to laugh but we need to connect with them, they're only human after all. They are frightened of flyers though so go easy, lol! peace!

  • We need a legal system overhaul fast, every day we seem to get closer to Orwell's 1984. Civil disobedience is the way forward. Thanks for the story and the pics. Peace.

  • Shameful...

  • film the police. its the greatest weapon we have against there bulling tactics.

  • Damn right my man.

  • If we don't stand up and speak out now this country is gonna be completely destroyed, we are losing our liberties to this tyrannical slave system !

  • Better believe it!

  • i dont hate policemen just the police.

anyways well done for standing up for yourself

  • do you normally walk around taking pictures of people in the street?

  • Not normaly no. But an opportunity lost would be such a shame eh.

  • strathclyde police are arseholes

  • Lol! I heard that they also love Techno. If you know any of them then maybe you could wake them up dood. Peace!

  • iv ben stopped and searched countless times by police, its common practice here in glasgow we have a real problem with knife crime and drugs.

  • Big Brother Surveillance Society is NOT there to "protect" you, but to protect the NWO Mafia, they know YOU gonna be Mad as Hell about their abuse of power !

  • Flagged!

  • Your the One that should be flagged you Perv You have been blocked. But you should really be Locked!

  • you are sick and karma is comming

  • Fuck you!!!!

  • That looks like Inverness centre...? but narration sounds more like Glasgow?

    ...Love

  • It's actually Dundee. But I'm from Perth. Sorry if I sound Glaswegian Lol! I'll take that as a compliment though because I know many fine Glaswegians. Loads of love back for that. Peace Forever.

  • It's good to see that you stood up up for your own personal liberty.

If everyone stood up like that there could be no police state.

    Cheers!

  • Cheers! appreciated. :)

  • Just say no!

They can only police by CONSENT.

  • It's that easy!

  • Cheers! :)
