Before you trash Captain Comic too much, try it on the PC. That version runs slower and it's infinitely more playable. Better controls, too. I'm not sure why the Color Dreams version was so much worse.

In Japan, Super Mario 2 was actually what we in America call "The Lost Levels." So that's why it doesn't feel like a real Mario game.

Obviously you can´t understand the third part of the game unless you play the others before. If not, what kind of sequel would be... And the playgame is incredibly accurate as few games like Battletoads. The other games are completely unknown in the 90´ and now, around here (south america).

PFF 1943 and all the ninja gaiden series are by far so good for the NES. By the way you have to pronunciate correctly because the language is different. The same thing will happened if I try to say "ninsha" (in spanish way) instead of "ninja". Ah "gaiden" means = foreigner (a person from another country) is not a marketing name.

Someone wasn't dressing up like Ryu, that was a clone of Ryu, it gets revealed later on in the game, that was the thing about the Ninja Gaiden games the further you got the more story you got, the first two were the best though.
