@bestamerica its due to tactical reasons... if they see something the seatbels get in the way sometimes, thats why the military doesn't wear seatbelts in the Humvee either.

Im constantly amazed how ridiculous local government can be. Pulling people over for not wearing a seat belt; put the time and effort into busting people for real crimes, not petty bullshit like this!

Cops cant take you to jail if you already smoked the weed... if you have nothing on you then you wont get in trouble... Its the law... but he was high as fuck.. he couldve gotten a ticket for that shit...

He pulled the guy over at Baldwin Ave in Arcadia. Right now, when he is doing the FST, he is at Baldwin and the 210, about 1/2 mile from the Arcadia Arboretum. MY HOME TURF!!!
