BradleyTn20, both are in 4/4 time, but then a LOT of songs out there are. There's a reason it's called Common Time.

The right hand chord pattern (1,2,3,4) is similar, but that's about all I hear without comparing the two closely (along with sheet music).

However... the new Michael Buble song "Haven't Met You Yet" bears a STRONG similarity to Sara's "Love Song". Would love to get my hands on the sheet music for both to see just how close it is.
