Free hugs from USA :). As ppl can see USA isn't a bad country at all to visit or live. Some americans act hateful on tha internet, but they dont mean it. All the free hugs people should make like head gear for the sign ...one you maximize the hug. You can go all out, 'give it all you got' and then two when there are no huggers your arms aren't tired from holding the sign up.

No, the cops were great. We just explained what we were doing, stayed away from disrupting traffic, and everything went smoothly. They even got in on the act themselves -- everyone loves hugs!!

my friend & i, we live in chicago; It's a big city, crowded with visitors everyday, so in the summer of 08 we decided to give others free hugs. We stood exactly where you guys were, it was so much funn! see how happy others were by just one little hug! i think everyone should do this at least once in their life! it's really worth it!

the CPD were totally cool about it all. even got in on the act a little bit. i think they are more than happy to see people being nice to each other, rather than abusing each other like they witness every day. so long as you´re in a public place, you should be fine. do it, you´ll love it, it´s like nothing else.
