Long before the Original Amateur Hour, The Gong Show, Kiss, Matalica, Gay Pride, or even the schlock artist Cristo, men got all dolled up in drag and every other wierd costume imaginable. It is the epitome of what makes Philly so uniquely laughable and forgettable at the same time. Well, at least they are not doing drugs or forming violent gangs, right?

@PoetryMan11 I've seen worse in the Big Easy ... except their music is better. Just enjoy the laughter it brings to the people :)
