@MichaelChin1994 Alright. At that point, I grouped the objects...and it put the manipulator in the center of those objects. You don't want it there, you want it in the center of where you want to rotate the duplicates. Hit your insert key on your keyboard, and the manipulator changes, and when it changes, you can move it anywhere, and that will be your new "center" for the selected object. I have you move it to the center of the grid basically, because we rotate the duplicates on that axis.
@MichaelChin1994 I hope that helps. To make it simple, after you group, hit the insert key...and move the manipulator to where I show on the video. Hit me up if you need anymore help. :) OH...one more thing. At 8:16, I say to hit input again...I meant insert again. After you move the manipulator to where you want, you have to hit insert AGAIN to get out of that mode.
@MichaelChin1994 K, from what I just searched for, you hit Fn + Home(left arrow)...or you can also press and hold D (no caps/shift or anything). I can't confirm this, I just searched and this is what I got, I really hope it helps you. :) Let me know.
@MichaelChin1994 For that...it is simple. On your top bar, go Windows>Settings/Preferences>Color Settings. Under the General tab, the top thing should be 3d views. Select which you want your top and bottom gradient to be, and hit apply. IMPORTANT!!! IF it doesn't show, hit Alt+B. It cycles thru the backgrounds, you should only have to hit it once for your gradient to appear. :)

How did you get the background to be that nice blue?
(I'm using 2011 and it's a boring black to gray T_T)
