I dipped Copenhagen snuff for about 33 years and quit cold turkey. That was 3 years ago. Quit for your little one, do it for family, but most of all you have to quit for yourself. Besides the health risks the 1000's of dollars I spent over the years could have been used for a lot better things. Your mind and will is stronger than you think and stronger than the addiction.
