He actually sounds pretty well in tune to me. He probably just wasn't blowing steady at first. It happens- nerves.

@xtreme199326 I have been there in 2007 and I can ensure you that the back pipe sounded good so I think that this is a matter of bad video/ microphone quality.

There is a second video of the Blasorchester Köpenick playing together with other musicians in a "network" but with Michael, the same back pipe player. This is some better video quality, so maybe you want to compare =) The Link is: v=13lQLauvw7o
