Peewee relies on his serve too much and that reflects on his volleys. His kills aren't great, and he winces on his returns, as you can see his hesitations and cautiousness after the returns

this is doubles, meaning that in order to whn you need to work as a team. it some cases one person can take control of the game but this game is too difficult for that. rookie and pee wee are 2 ower side players. if you notice pee wee keeps running through the middle instead of to the right side of tavo when returning a serve and even throughout the volley gio kills his corner because he's too much in the middle.

tavo knows how to play weak side and is used to playing both sides of the court. gio takes advantage of that to score points making it even harder for rookie to score.
