  • you got a good bone structure but i suggest you use a mass gainer (optimum nutrition serious mass) and some creatine mono-hydrate, when you get up 200lbs you can cut out the creatine and mass gainer then just use your regular whey.

    I used to be skinny and if you wanna get ripped 1st u gotta eat all the time and lift the heavier weights so you get bigger, then when your finally at a big size then you can balance your diet and tone your muscles with lighter weights and more repetitions and sets.

  • ok right best thing i can suggest is eat about 1000-2000 calories more a day then you do now,work out hard on like compresion training rather then isolated training it works more muscles and change the work out every day so it gives your muscles a day or two to heal properly and then re rip and bulk out more.dont forget to do your legs also so many people focus on upper body and end up with skinny legs and big arms which makes you look funny in the end lol ;) keep up the good work

  • 1 protein bar a day isn't going to support you muscle gaining process at all. You need to have at least 5-6 high protein meals every day. Muscles need a constant supply of protein because the body cannot store protein very well. You'd have much better results if you ate more protein that a single bar a day. AND you need to stop eating what you would normally eat. (ie junkfood, fastfood, etc)

  • 4 protein shakes a day? no, there is a limit. its okay to take a large shake 4 days a week. passed that is just over doing it.

The main thing is getting you body weight plus one half in grams of protein daily split up in 5-7 meals. Maybe 30 grams per meal. So if you eating enough prot. which is extremely hard without shakes, then fine. But that won't be the case.

  • Also the body can only absorb round 40 or 50 grams at a time. So the idea of one big shake with 3 or more scoops is not smart. I could see you at 190 or more lbs. REALLY ! But you need to eat, healthy foods, like you never have before. ALOT!!! And do weight training, one area, like chest, once per week. So 3 or more days at the gym. And sleep 7 plus hours per night. And be consistent. MAIN THING: EAT EAT EAT EAT, AND I PROMISE RESULTS EAT. I CAN'T STRESS IT ENOUGH. healthy like meat,pasta,etc

  • your right about eating, thats the #1 goal for gaining mass. and substituting shakes with chicken breast is also smart. but too much dry protein isn't good, if not enough carbohydrates are consumed, the protein is converted to glucose, and thats obviously not good. thats why FOOD protein is good, and a shake a day is fine.

Make sure u get a good amount of calories in u... take ur body weight and multiply it by 18... thats how many calories u should get a day... stick to lots of carbs for energy...Chicken eggs wheat bread rice pasta fruits veggies nuts potatoes all great things to eat... and as goofy as it seems... sleep is really important... try to get 8 hours a nite
