@br4ndonable Everyone listen to this dude he probably does it himself, I do to. everyone go to a class to freerun but to parkour, its very hard to teach yourself and waaay slower. Try to learn the basics of parkour like Precision jumps, drops, rolling ,vault, kong vaults, ONLY if you don't have a gym close to you at all, but its best to try all these moves and more at a gym and once you get the movement down, you feel it, your outside and you see something you'll know. Everyone go to a GYM!

Just a weird thought of me: is it possible to do a handstand on an edge (roof or something) then fall with your feet forward (half flick-flack i guess) and use that momentum to do another frontflip, then land on the floor. Just a fantasie. I dont have THE skills to trie it. This video is just awesome!!

Are you talking about a handstand to kong or handstand, then falling forward like into a bridge, but since you're feet are falling into the air instead of the ground, the momentum pull your body forward and the faster you tuck, the faster you rotate.
