I know both guitars play the second lead, you can hear that especially when metallica play it in live.

But in the studio version, you can hear a part with power chords.

I decided to play them in my cover.

Don't like the effect on the bass, and the distortion on the guitar isn't exactly as i would've liked either, but i mean, that doesn't mean shit, its SKILL that counts, and you guys have that, MAD PROPS. 1:16 a little bit off, but can't say you didn't say it yourselves you made a few mistakes, but i mean, apart from that, it was GREAT! 5/5!

I think the speed of the original song and of this backing track is the same, because when I practice on the both songs, I don't have any difference of rythm.

I'm not searching something perfect but a decent result, and I think that's a decent cover.

@MickD44Klit hé ben non justement je trouve que ça donne mieux comme ça. Le son est plus articulé surtout pour la partie lead. Et c'est souvent comme ça pour enregistrer c'est les distos les moins poussées qui rendent le mieux

Pretty much cool but you need to plug a distortion pedal to the bass for the intro. Sound quality is pretty good btw, how u do it? Just using a video camera?

I plug my amp to my computer and I record the sound with audacity.

and for the vid, I just use my webcam..

My friend has his bass since january, perhaps I will buy a distortion pedal later.
