  • THANKYOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!

  • Yeah, that's a good idea, but I tried going away but my puppy just ran right after and attacked. He's a terrier mix.

  • @EmoSkittlezz

Tab289 and kikopup both have very helpful videos on this, check them out maybe they can help you. Also, training puppies to not bite (or any other tricks) takes time and patience!

  • What if non of this works? I tried it with my puppie, Sam, and he still bites, he is about 3 months old, so we know he is teething, but both of my puppy's still do it.

  • Sadly, this doesn't work with my GSD pup. He just gets even more "aggressive" if I yell. He starts barking and attacking harder. Maybe I need to give it more time. Dunno...

  • @ScoopzyDaizy yeah your GSD is like my aussie. a loud sound is actually exciting them even more lol. what i did to help curb that issue was either shake a can full of rocks whenever the bite was hard or spray water of "sour apple" from petco

  • my friend has a dog wich he is scratching his skin cause he did not learn him not to bite when it was young to bad he didnt saw this video in time

  • Our 'pup' is 4 months now, he's adult teeth are really coming through but he has always been a biter. Especially when he's tired I guess, but that would mean he's already tired when he just got out of his bench. At some point when you're pedding him, he lays on his back and just starts biting your hand and shakes his legs around. Yelling ouch only seems to trigger him by jumping on you and biting even more.

  • Hi there i have a new 8 week old multeese shitzu cross and hes constantly biteing how is the best waqy to get him out of this habbit ?cheers Andrew

  • i tried yelling ouch i tried giving him toys and i tried every thing but he wont stop biting i got a puppy german shepherd

  • what breed of dog is that at @2:29?? Thank you =)

  • How long should I ignore the puppy for?

  • thanks for the video now when i get my own puppy i will know what to do

  • If your yelling ouch your training your dog to dominate you

  • What breed of dog is that?

  • I loved this video :-)

    Thankss a ton

but my puppy is just 40days old and its not responding for my pain

How long will he take to stop biting people ?????

  • Is it bad if your puppy swallows an ice cube whole?

  • is it possible the dog to eat the icecube

  • THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU SOO MUCH.

  • @schwarzkopf123 You're welcome! :-)

  • I need help over here , i own a male poodle , its about 11 months old . I've never train him cause i'm very busy. I keep him in crate all the time , but if i released him to have a walk around my house , he gets hyper and start running very fast , when i tried to stop him , he bites me hard . He also pulls a lot during leash walking , Please Help ! :(

  • @Droidesire It sounds as though you need to find a better home for him. You have to spend time with your dog and if you are keeping him locked in the crate all the time you are not spending time with him nor are you providing a good home for him. Please be a responsible person and find a good home for him.

  • @Droidesire The reason why he's going crazy when you take him outside is because he has pent up energy from being in the crate all day... Maybe exercise with him in the morning to severely drain his energy and then put him in his crate where he will rest.. and then drain his energy later on in the day again.

  • awesomeeeee thxxxxxx u veryyyyyyy muchhhhhhhh

  • what dog was that breed wise

  • Great advice but my springer spaniel doesn't seem to really care when she's biting me. Any advice?

  • I did this for my do echo when she was 4 months old. Now every time she even playfully bites i'll say OWW. and she start "kissing" the booboo i love my doggy :)

  • My puppy did this and nothing would work. So a rolled up newspaper tapping her rump (not hard) did the trick. If she tries it now, I'll raise my hand and look at her rump and she stops. :)

  • This works on your average pet, but the high pitched "ouch" thing will entice a lot of high drive dogs to want to go after to bite even more. Like real "prey" that squeals when being attacked or bitten, an animal going for the kill....or in this case dog going for "prey" would go to bite harder if you squeal. Which will go to point out where your next suggestion is what works best for that type of dog....directing their bite to a toy. I've trained a lot of high drive Shepherds/puppies

  • This shitz help

  • the one dislike was the person that got bite

  • i do the ouch thing with my puppy blue nose but he'll charge right after me an growl,he only 3mnths old but it makes me hope he isnt one of those ones! i understand he is teething but he also tries to nibble hard on my ears sumtimes! i must say he does respond when i ask him for love,he licks my face.what can i do?

  • If it bites..bite it back.

My Pug used to nip at hands. He bit my hand one day, I grabbed his paw and bit it hard and he gave me a look.

He NEVER bit my hand every again :D

  • @josiepug02 Your welcome :)

  • This is the best information on how to train a very annoying issue a lot of pet owners ignore.

  • @DirtyDeals Thanks for the compliment!

  • @HowdiniGuru What kind of dog was that?

  • I tried the yell thing and saying no but je just keeps biting docent startle it and he tried to bite my older dog but he bites my puppy back and the walk away thing don't work he'll just run after me and bite my toight pants or shoe laces

  • @gxrcix525 You may need to give it some more time. Being consistent can help shape your puppy's behavior.

  • @jaymzay I meant 2 say puppy

  • Just put his cheek in his mouth with your thumb when he's biting so that he bites himself and not you. Say "no bite" or something like that while doing so in order to stop the biting behavior. Another thing you could do is press under his tongue when he bites and say "no bite."

  • Cfccc,

  • lol

  • I tried this on my grandmas dog and he still bites me!!

  • @kb61398 Because its a dog not a puppy
