Ruby-Spears had an unusual knack for character semi-attractive but poorly animated character designs. The staging and animation in the scenes are really quite poor. I'll be the last person to say that Police Academy is high art, but this cartoon more poorly animated than the movies themselves.

Nice to meet another fan. I wad worried I was the only one who likes this cartoon. It may not be as good as the movies (at least maybe not the first one) but it is still a very funny cartoon. Zed rox!
