Ya, I would never use a rope like she is using. I've got a beaded jump rope. That prevents tripping. A good video for jumping rope is the RopeSport series.

She said she hates Izumi Tabata - he is the guy who invested this type of interval training. 4 minutes of this stuff = 40 + minutes of moderate cardio. I guess she hates him because it's a butt kicking workout!
