Sorry for the delay in replying, we've been away for the Christmas holidays. This is a general adult size, so probably about 17 or 18cm.

@MeraGal Start with about 1 metre of elasticity. If you use more it has a tendency to become knotted. You can always add more if needed, simply by knotting a new length to the end of the previous piece.
