Michaelitaly1, did you know that the 57-58 caddy eldorado brougham were hand made and the only american cars that were ever more expensive than a rolls royce? The 56 lincoln was also on that level. but I wanted to compliment you on your beautiful coupe and I don't know who the bella brunette is to you but very classy. I hope you are thankful to God for your acheivements.
Yes, an interesting observation! They do have similarities as the dual headlights came into play in 58, and the styling were similar as the two divisions Cadillac and Chev were very close at GM. Similar to that of Pontiac and Buick. Cheers!
I couldn't say which is lovelier, the Cadillac or the comely young lady at the wheel! One of my all-time fav cars. It was one of the times everything came together perfectly, rare in a facelift. My neighbor still owns the turquoise '58 Sedan de Ville he bought new, fully optioned, including 3x2 carburetors, converted to steel springs, and gorgeous like new turquoise, black and silver interior. He won't sell no matter how vigorously I threaten! LOL!
dream car right there.
