  • Thanks a lot!!  My outer thighs are so tight that my knee caps are being pulled outwards. I played college football last year and these really help. Trying to loosen my outer thighs so my knee caps will go back into center. Anymore advice? How often would you suggest I do these stretches?

  • Can you sickos stop making these inappropriate comments? Oh, I forgot -- your kind thinks with the other head! Thank you for making this video -- the last variation really stretched my sore tendon in the outer thigh (although I can't figure out which muscle it is).

  • @gypsyhamlet sounds like its your IT band. illotibial band. if it's really tight you can also try using a foam roller to roll on the sore parts. it might be really tight so gradually work into it.

  • can you do that again holding... your 2 legs upwards?? ... please!!!

  • doing stretches for over 2 seconds can cause micro tears in the mucles

  • Your instruction is good but keep in mind that most people who are doing this are probably not very flexible at all and you may want to also demonstrate the stretch positioning for the type of person who can barely move

  • I never knew how to fully stretchy outer thigh muscles and they always get tight thank you. 
