@alhijamah99 Well I guess this is part of your religion so there is zero point in trying to tell you how useless this practice is. The number of diseases and afflictions that this has any proper proven effect on is absolutely tiny.

If you want to cut holes in yourself in a futile attempt to get rid of imaginary 'toxins' in your blood then so be it. I only wish you would do some proper scientific research and stop the practice so that you do not damage yourself.

@chao2609 Most drugs that are given in America are actually more harmful than cupping hands down. Cupping its self I believe will not do what they believe it will do. Cutting yourself and sucking the blood out does nothing but take the blood out. What I believe cupping does is increases circulation to the back. Science shows that increased circulation to any part of the body heals that part directly if it is injured. If you have back problems this may help slightly...

@chao2609 The fact that cupping temporarily eases muscle pain and has a relaxing effect is enough to use it. If you are stressed and cupping relieves stress then so be it. It is shown that stress has toxic responses in the body and that relieving it is extremely beneficial. Placebo or not it is useful to an extent. It most certainly not a harmful practice. I however personally don't agree with this style of cupping (bleeding).

This is the one of the best treatment ever. The cut however should be very light on the first layer only, thus, you should not be loosing that much blood.

i do this every 1month also my mom your body feels much lighter and fresher after the treatment i have the kit in my house it huts a bit when pinching with needle but after that its like relaxing time and u sleep and when u take it off the blood coagulaates like jello its soo coool

This is bleeding cups, usd in specific conditions. Regular cupping does not draw blood, but does draw out haet and tension. Both are good but used for different reasons. :)

@alhijamah99 I am a professional therapist and that's not typical cupping. I would never get a licence to do it in my studio...There is no blood in that treatment. I suggest rename this video to make it easier to understand for viewers...This is not cupping...

@carlingnugent Sort of. i've just seen a couple of videos, but it seems like the blood that they are trying to let is actually filled with dead red blood cells, which can clog arteries and things and cause stroke and heart attack. If used correctly I wouldn't doubt the effectiveness of this, but in this video there is way too much blood in those cups, and the kind of blood you want out should be alot darker and thicker than this.

@bluedavenger it makes the blood in that area flow faster, its like putting a leech on your fingertip of a finger that has bad blood flow, the leech will then get the blood flowing all the way up to the tip.
