Of course the hair is gonna be dry after you wash it with SHAMPOO. Shampoo is for your scalp, conditioner is for your actual hair. You don't wash weaves with shampoo. Anyways, you got a bootleg brand of Indian hair. One is a french wave and the other one is a true bodywave.

@LovelyOverload I actually didn't mean any offense by that line, btw. But there's a lot of false Indian hair and the type you have looks like it's Malaysian, not Indian. If you really look at it, the fibers are similar but not completely the same because Malaysian hair is lighter than Indian hair and doesn't weft too easily. And you're suppose to wash the hair with just conditioner, shampoo damages the hair because it's dead and shampoo strips out the remaining oils.

@Dark0Malkavian actually shampoo IS for the scalp AND hair. The molecules of a shampoo are made to wash the hair thus it strips the hair. The molecules in a conditioner are made to put something back INTO the hair: moisture. The molecules don't even function the same. When you just condition wash your, dirt and oil is left on the hair which weighs it down and makes it less bouncy and less healthy. co-washing ur hair is like cleaning ur skin with lotion. You have to use soap(shampoo)

@777JesusLives No, it's not. The shampoo is just for your scalp and of course, when you wash it, it'll get into your hair. It's just to strip the top layer of dirt from your hair. If you massage shampoo into your entire hair, unless it's a special type of shampoo like a Moisture lock or Detangler (which is technically a conditioner because it's conditioning your hair for styling), it's going to dry out. Conditioner gives some moisture but not everything, hence the no-shampoo regiments.
