Something I've noticed about Samus's Power Suit, is that the visor shape is always different. For example, in this one its T shaped. In MP2 and 3, its downward arrow shaped. Is there any explanation given for this?

i have an action replay for GC, but i got prime 3 the other day and LOVE the new controls... most especially the aiming, but i cant decide- ability to cheat/easier time playing or aiming. im not saying the AR would not be easy, im just saying the wii version i would enjoy more. although metroid games have that annoying trait in which they make you do things you dont want to just for an energy tank >.<... GRRR!!! metroid is like zelda, its fun as all hell, but yet it can be the most annoying

@sommervilleTRS117 Yeah, they put all 3 games on one disk. It's called Metroid Prime Trilogy. They don't make new copy's anymore though so you'll probably have to find it used.

As much as I like the motion controls, I found the gamecube version to have more of a nostalgic feel to it. When I play Prime 1 with the Wii controls it just doesn't feel right, even though it feels better. : /

@ZEROlibra0365 If you have the Trilogy, then you don't need to change any of this stuff. The only thing you would need to change is the sensitivity to advanced. But that's more of a preference than something that you should change.

@raveouse The narrator is only there because this is the Japanese version. The Japanese GameCube version had a narrator too. The only Wii versions of the 3 Prime games they made outside of Japan was the Trilogy. So if you want this one, it's going to be in Japanese.

It's Normal, Veteran, and Hypermode when you unlock it. Veteran is the same as Normal on the GC version. Normal in this one is easier. But it's not called "Easy", unless it is in Japan.

Unfortunately, no. I think they had to change the way the game works for the Wii Remote to work. That's probably why you can't use a GC controller.

It doesn't come with the original Metroid anymore because they want you to buy that on the virtual console. But everything else is still there.

I disagree with "Wii controls are much better" statements. It's just a matter of getting used to it.

Once you get the hang of it the game gets easy. I, for example, am quite capable of ending Prime 1 with 100% in less the 3:30 with GC controls. Just practice ^^
