I use 3 browser IE, Firefox and Google Chrome. Google Chrome is fastest, Firefox have many good add on but all application which use browser select IE for base browser.

But chrome is second best. A bit too simple, but for some this is just perfect.

Google Chrome is great for any developer ... it keeps a web developer up to date, up to modern responsive technology, I love to test my web apps in developement part in Chrome becase I see an app that runs much faster that I designed it :))

i used opera for a while. i have to say, i love the page previews in the tabs, the turbo mode and the custom updated thumbnails in the bookmarks. But after a few weeks i switched back to chrome again. (i use FF, iE, saf, etc only to see if websites work in them)

btw: apples HTML 5 showcase, which is only available for safari is a joke. going on about open standards but blocking other (at least) equally capable browsers is a joke.

you don't understand anything about a good program. Yes, chrome is simple, but enough for a browser, is much faster than firefox or ie, perform javascript code 2 times faster than any other, is just awesome. Enjoy your browser man.

Well that's insulting. I never questioned the performance of the browser; in fact, it's quite competent at rendering pages especially with javascript. I merely prefer a browser that one can actually customize to fit their needs, rather than being forced to use whatever the developers decided were good features. I am concerned about security, which Chrome has limited options implement. And yes, I know it's open source, but unless it is changed to allow customization it amounts to nothing.

actually, chrome has a unique feature; it relates every tab as it's own 'sandbox' that isolates any virus or dangerous software so that it can't (a/e?)ffect any other tabs and the computer itself, look it up! :D

I'm using chrome right now and one thing that I miss is that in FF I can make a folder put all my news and then just open the folder and all my news sites just open in tabs...you can't do that in CHROME.

Yes you can -- right-click Bookmark Bar, Add folder. Drag/drop all the links you want in there.

Chrome is nice, very simple and VERY fast. But I can't give up Firefox because of one simple feature: Ad blocking!

It's unlikely that Google will provide a way to block ads in Chrome, since, you know, they make their money from advertising.

Still, Chrome is super fast and runs very nicely.
