Thank you for posting this! I haven't been to Buckner's since the early, mid 90s. I went there when I was in college. I have pictures of the adventure, but the video adds to the marvelousness of this.
My group of friends used to go caving pretty often in the 70's and had some great times. It's very cool to see Buckner's cave again after such a long time. I remember the albino fish without eyes and climbing down the waterfall. The fact that so many people cared enought to be involved in the cleaning up of the cave is fantastic. There are some thoughtless f**kheads out there who went in and screwed it up.
You are seeing the fruits of many years of restoration work. August of '07 I sat just inside the entrance to the first crawl and sandblasted graffiti off the walls of what is commonly called the "sit room"
