  • While carbon reduction targets and tackling climate change are important objectives, more focus should be given to the fact that these same strategies help countries become more energy independent. As a country becomes more energy independent it can limit fuel cost increases, this will have more of a measurable impact on peoples day-to-day lives.

  • Find renewable energy jobs at Envirocruit

  • hello -- please i ask all green tech friends watch?v=U_KeokqQhBg

and support the Qu & Ark Foundation as they need a lot of support to implement their great green tech energy solutions. Thank you!

  • Some people don't have a clue! They hang their opinion on very little research. They here something on T.V. and it has to be true! I think renwable energy is the key to America's financial progblems, economic problems, energy problems, and unemployment problem!!! We mus start investing in the future if we want there to be one!!!

  • Eu is shit. Try looking at America's model.

  • take iceland as an rolemodel it has 100% clean energy

  • Oh yeah like we didn't have this sort of technology 20 years ago...

  • In 1982 Sweden decided to replace its 12 nuclear reactors with renewable energy sources by 2012 . Today still 8 reactors are in operation, a few thousands windmills deliver ca 2% of the total need, while the rest is bought from coal powered plants in Denmark. Thank you "environmentalists" - learn about entropy instead and wake up! (you can do that in my channel on YouTube).

  • @Thermospecialist

what a silly comment...Sweden main energy supply is renewable energy (water power) 50,8% and 45% from nuclear power only 4% are fossil power (dropping since 2004)...

today 64% of swedish native are against nuclear power.. pretty much "envionmentalists"

  • Biofuel is useless. Just another cheap and deficient way to maintain status quo i. e. one person can afford it another cannot and prices will fluctuate so on and so forth.

  • Hydraulic energy is not green

  • hey guys! if everyone buys my new asteroid deflector magnet, we wont get hit by an asteroid tomorrow! we must unite and be custodians of the world to prevent great calamities!

  • If Google had a black screen, taking in account the huge number of page views, according to calculations, 750 mega watts/hour per year would be saved.”

In response Google created a black version of its search engine, called Blackle, with the exact same functions as the white version, but obviously with lower energy consumption:

Help spread the word… use blackle(dot)com

  • @wyatt1the1ninja

Is that because it's not producing light on the screen which consumes energy.

  • You Tube should change it's name. I want a Title for each subject. There are 300 Million people in America. 150 Of whom can use the internet (others use writing pad). • we have 8 more years to go!

  • Europe seems determined to commit suicide. RE's will cost trillions and do little if anything for the enviorment. The answer to the energy problem Liquid Fluoride Thorium Reactors.

  • @bogusnachos : Yeah yeah, even conventional nukes cost over 14ct/kWh... you Americans play with your imaginary toy while we create real solutions which we then sell to the Chinese, ok? comprendo?

  • Why don't we stick solar panels in space and beam the energy back down in microwaves. That seems like the most effective method.

  • Solar Panels can be used to power a magnetic motor to run a generator to create a tremendous amount of electricity for the population to use.

  • CO2 GASSES ARE NOT THE PROBLEM! THE PLANET IT GOING THROUGH A CYCLE! All the fossil fuels will go in 200 years or so, but the CO2 myth is a dangerous one, made to tax our carbon.

  • Just buy solar panels and install them yourself on your house... why let the corporations take over the renewable energy market? they already own everything else more power to the people! I havent had an electricity bill in about 2 years. renewableenergyresource.weebly.com

  • why can't our country start working on this project?

  • We need a commitment not only from our government but also as part of the planet each and everyone of us has to take a step forward to recycle, reuse, turn off things when not being used and stop the over buying of un-necessary objects that will only create more waste in the end.

  • Renewable energy is the way of the future, and has huge business potential. We are creating leaders in the field of green energy every day. If you have the spirit and mindset to get out in the world and educate people about renewable energy, you have unlimited potential in this field.

Are you interested in greener energy in your home for less than you're spending today?

    Find me @fundgreenpower on twitter

  • It's not renewable energy. It's natural energy.

  • Earth is not going nowhere but we are.. we should stop worrying too much about something that has been existing for billions of years...Human beings just got on this planet, the planet is just fine, it gets mad sometimes..It will soon get rid of us like it did with dinausors and other species..just live your life clean and responsible and wait for your turn...Why renewable energy when we still have a great deal of fossils to exploit, ohhh we are scared of carbon dioxide, what about vegetation?

  • Many people have recently decided to start using solar energy as an alternative energy source in order to save on their monthly electric bill.

  • Hahn Environmental Services is a carbon neutral company, check out our latest video to see how Hahn stratergises to achieve this.

  • european union try to decrease the energy dependency on Russia and Arabs, not just because of environment.

  • Wind Energy and Solar Energy are a joke. They are extremely expensive, and are intermittent and unpredictably intermittent. NO ECONOMY could function competitively with wind and solar. No business could operate in an environment with these sources of energy. Wind and Solar do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for transportation. How are you going to fuel a 747 with Wind or Solar. Do you want to go back to the days of sailing ships. What a joke renewables are. Only hydro power is viable as a renewable.

  • I don't think wind and solar energy is a joke. If we can connect them to a transformer or a super-conductor, then we can get a tremendous amount electricity out of them. I also don't think expense is a matter when it comes to the Health of the Earth and its People. Especially when you're the Government and iron (steel) is abundant on Earth. What is economy? Wind and Solar is to provide electricity for transportation and other things.

  • Sometimes wind doesn't blow. However we may get good wind most of the time by building them out in the oceans. Studying how wind travels is a great idea. Solar Panels (photo-voltaic) I think requires Light, not sun. Light covers Earth 10 hours a day. I think Electricity Generation requires sustainability because if the wind doesn't blow or the sun doesn't shine, we're out of electricity.

  • @juscurious If we actually tapped into renewable energy, it could supply 10 earths with power. And actually there are many cities around the world that run completely on solar or wind. So I dont really know where you got the idea that businesse couldnt operate in this environment. Fossil fuels are finite, so whether you like renewables or not, we have to use them.

  • @juscurious Fossil fuels are running out - fast. What are we going to do about it? At least people are trying to do something I suppose.

  • Use a Magnetic Motor and Transformer. Use Hydroelectric and Wind Turbines. Use Wireless Charging Transmission.

  • 20% by 2020??? That is truly pathetic!!! We have had the alternative all along, just ask Henry Ford. He knew what prohibition was all about, considering how many times the feds broke his barrels of hemp biofuel. Prohibition stuck right up until the month after he gave up "growing fuel from the soil"... Its us against them, as for me I'll read Gen 1:11 and take Gods side. "On the third day, God created all green, seed bearing plants, and saw that it was good."

  • WHO IS HALTING THE TECHNOLOGY FOR ALTERNATE ENERGY PRODUCTION?USA+ NATO: CUT THE CRAP ABOUT EXCUSES TO INVADE OTHER COUNTRIES TO GET THE OIL AND GO GET SAUDI ARABIA DIRECTLY. "WHO KILLED THE ELECTRIC CAR?" IN THE 1990'S ? LET'S NOT BE HYPOCRITES!

  • lol This guy talks like he has a stick up his ass. Oh yeah he forgot to tell you that with renewables your electric rates will go up 500%. Of course with renewable you will have rolling blackouts and grid instability because it is just not a reliable source. Germany might be able to afford 20% renewables because they sell so many cars and machine tools worldwide plus they don't have to finance an army(thank god)

  • @thinkingthingsthru So...you suggest that we continue burning fossil fuels with no regard for the future? That 500% price increase that you pulled out of your ass will only be temporary, until the infrastructure to support renewables is complete. If we continue to carelessly burn the little amount of dinosaur-aged dead plants left on the planet (like we've been doing for the past century), we'll see a lot bigger problems then expensive electric bills.

  • Are the biofuels from corn? Also has any country been looking into algae based fuels?

  • Joe Biden claimed that the $862 Billion failed stimulus ($400 remains unspent) “created or saved” 750,000 jobs. Economists don’t recognize jobs saved, and the jobs saved may have been keep local agencies afloat. When the money ran out, the people lost their jobs. Currently States are considering filing bankruptcy for spending. watch?v=IqmeT5ykKf0

The Govt owns 61% of GM, GOOGLE, “GM's electric-car fantasy running out of gas” and read links. The Green Movement should be free market driven

  • Many countries are now aware of the many benefits of wind turbines in generating electricity. It doesn't contaminate the environment aside from the fact that wind energy has unlimited resources. In this case, we can expect that the supply of energy is never ending. One good thing is that, this resources is just for free.

  • personally i think nuclear fusion is a major way forward, huge energy production with very little nuclear waste. Although we should diversify our energy production with things such as wind farms etc.

  • i live in nova Scotia and we are going to have %40 renewable energy by 2020

  • I prefer nonrenewable energy. It is my human right to choose the kind of energy that best suits my family's needs. Stop this nonsense.

  • @isocrate27 What are you going to do when the last nonrenewable source has run out?

  • @isocrate27 Your family will not have fossil fuels unless research is put into alternative energy.

  • boring

  • The climate changes and the global warming crisis have got the attention of people around the world. Most countries and various governments have started to explore renewable energy production as a sustainable source of energy supply. Renewable energy production is an extremely important aspect to safe guarding this planet. It is the only way that we can ensure that this planet is livable for the generations to come. For more information, visit the Pacific Crest Transformers website

  • @MikeFromTheUK1 Carbon dioxide traps heat :(

  • Britain needs new power stations and has pledged to generate at least 30% of electricity from renewable sources by 2020 - that's up from 7% today.

  • this is great, but we will never get to a 100% renewable energy dependance in our life time so why not make use of our other natrual resources so we dont have to pay 40$ each time we fill the car up >.>

  • Lets go 80 percent Nuclear Like France.

  • Great video! Solar Power will become a great energy resource in the future! Here in Hawaii - we have lots of sun and many people are choosing wind turbines, and solar panels as a great alternative to oil, coal and natural gas! Clean energy is the future of the world! See pristinesun . com/what-we-do.html for info. on how to save 20% on your electrical bill every month & get solar panels installed for free for your business or non-profit in any state in US! Email me -PristineSunHawaii@gmail.com

  • What do we need to do to achieve 100% non-nuclear renewable energy by 2020? 20% isn't enough. Much of existing capital stands to lose in its profitability in us aiming for 100%. The Left SHOULD welcome this. It will signify an intensification of class struggle as workers hold Big Business accountable through generalisation of local workplace organisations, taking more control of the scheme of society by a stranglehold on the capitalist economy responsible for undermining sustainability.

  • Small steps go on to herald a revolution. Goal 2020 should become the stepping stone to achieving 100% energy sustainability.

  • It is not renewable energy, it is natural energy.

  • To the brainless shitheads who ask why America isn't doing all this to the degree that Europe is - it's because of all the fucking shitheads subhumans who keep voting for Republicans and Democrats. A necessary first step is to torture, burn, gas, and kill all those who vote for Republicans and Democrats. Go to war against the Demopub terrorist organization. Those who don't grasp such an amazingly "difficult" concept are not worthy of any human rights, because they are not human.

  • Fantastic!

  • I would really like to see closer to 100% in my lifetime. Let's hope it will happen.

  • @DraconicBovine would be nice but hope is low... done alotta lookin into this and sorry to burst ur balls but wont happen :\

  • I invented a breakthrough energy source which violates the law of energy conservation. I have a PROOF that there are electrodynamic phenomena which violate the law of energy conservation. Making a 6 kW generator will cost $1200, value of the energy produced yearly $5400, zero operating costs. I am looking for $300 000 for a prototype and for $3M for patents.

  • oh you europeans and ur imagination

  • Hello, Very good video.

How about sharing your views in our collaborative social business tool?

    Cheers,

    Yudish

  • Europeans only care for those fucking Planet

  • In germany it´s not expensive to get your energy from an 100%-renewable energy provider. But this is no reason for not saving energy at home.

  • by 2020,

its going to be more than 20%,

with new cars such as Nissan Leaf and Chevy Volt,

that run 100% of pure electricity.

  • Every economy has to specialize. We should be the Green guys. It will pay off in the longterm, I really support the EU on that topic. The coal/oil/gas will run out eventually and then the world needs this stuff.

    PS: never waste energy!!

  • to add - burning fossil fuels also cause air pollution, air pollution claims anywhere from 270k-500k lives annually. if we ran on renewables, oil spills like the one in the gulf would be far less likely to happen again. there will be less tensions over resources between nations. with a future population of 10 bill, we will have far less fossil fuels in the future, green tech is advancing fast, it will replace and will be able to power 10+ billion people. oil/coal won't be able to for long.

  • Be Green. But lets not Forget our Blue Atmosphere.

  • What is renewable energy source is more cheaper than coal or petro? If you can't answer this by 2020 by god be prepared for skyrocketing prices of electricity and gas.

  • There really is no other choice but to aim for a planet that runs 100% on renewable energy.

  • The greenest unit of energy is the one you dont use

  • The greenest unit of energy is the one you dont use

  • 20% is a good start, but we will need a lot more then 20% we need 100% in order to save our planet and free humanity from its fossil fuel addiction.

  • Interesting video!

  • 20% is not enough.

  • @AntiFeaux 20% is a lot only Europeans care for this fucking planet

  • "good news"scientist announce that we have oil to keep the planet working for about 250 years more...so..f$%" this stupid world humans will never change only a few people decide the destiny of millions is time to do something about

  • Great video...I converted my home to a net-zero solar powered home that uses no oil or gas...I made a video about it called, "Preparing for Peak Oil"....

  • 20% seems too little to me.

  • 20% seems too little to me.

  • I've seen a lot of new products that people can put on their homes ,photovoltaics that look like shingles, might cost a little more and i hope the masses wont be taxed to death so we cant afford them

  • @derrick713 Once the Chinese start producing solar cells on a large scale it will become more economical for home owners.

  • Why are there so many different renewable energy souces? - answer: they all have serious problems associated with each of them and its only nuclear that remains a viable alternative to coal/oil.

  • @oomblikkies Very true!

  • what area x time of windmills/solar-panels would it take to get a satellite into orbit...

  • look chemtrails in the back

  • There are people that are slowing this proces down because we will have renewable energy and that means free energy for everyone

  • @wzupy Energy is never free, but energy companies cannot tax the wind or the sun! Unfortunatly, the sun does not always shine and the wind does not always blow.

  • @wzupy Energy is never free, but energy companies cannot tax the wind or the sun! Unfortunatly, the sun does not always shine and the wind does not always blow.

  • With increasing energy demands, world leaders are stressing on the importance of alternate energy sources. For instance, wind energy is rapidly growing in US. With places like Texas leading in wind power production, wind energy is regarded as the future of electricity generation. Transformer company, Pacific Crest Transformers manufactures energy-efficient transformers for the renewable energy market.

  • In the quest for clean/renewable energy, we must not forget the need for compromise to move forward with it. In other words, we can't let idol speculation about the migration of tortoises (D. Feinstein, D-CA), environmental purists' growth concerns from "light pollution", a politician's view from his ocean home being marred by wind turbines (late T. Kennedy, D-MA) put the brakes on renewable energy, as that seems to happen frequently.

  • Least we forget the role of energy efficiency in

the push to lower emissions. Even just a few simple adjustments to buildings (e.g. caulking and well-insulated windows) and improvements to the power grid can make a considerable difference in lowering emissions.

    Great video!

  • Energy Efficiency AT BEST will reduce our current demand by 10%.

Renewables AT BEST will meet 20-30% of our current demand.

That still leaves a 60-70% gap to fill. How do you propose to fill it?

  • only nuclear can cut it. otherwise severe population reduction is needed

  • i don't know if that is true or not for the globe but in Europe it's estimated that wind power alone can provide 3x 100% of the energy needed

  • @tuttt99 hey idiot, renewable energy only supply 20-30% because government policy does not call for higher dependence on it. It can easily supply 100% if the commitment is there; ex. Denmark planning to become 50% dependent on wind energy by 2020, been at 20% for the past 5 years.

  • @tuttt99

Total horseshit, we could get 100% coverage easily from renewable energy. Just a matter of time and investment.

Already 18% of the global coverage is from renewable sources, and that without even trying.

Some countries get most of their power from renewables, including Iceland and Paraguay (100%), Norway (98%), Brazil (86%), Austria (62%), New Zealand (65%), and Sweden (54%).

Come on dude, you have the internet, use it!

  • @TheSaltyAdmiral

This what You say is only partly true. In many countries there's not enough reneawble energy to cover electricity needs. Only few countries like Norway or Dennmark have enough wind or water flow to depend on wind or hydraulic plants. In some countries like Poland, Germany or USA in few years there will be issue of returning to Nuclear Power Plants. The only true in energetics is that power plant must earn money, and then produce electricity and other things

  • yeah, some reasons for having a hard time moving on coz there are who don't want to, but this global issue needs everyone to work it out for better:-) ...will die for protecting personal interest not for common and hope that could not be the reality, ....maybe will be trying to make a reality on the other way around....

  • we need renewable energies. unfortunately metalheads are stopping us! KILL ALL METALHEADS!

  • @cpretartedmuch

You prove to be a fail troll quite a lot, don't you?

  • Lets not leave it up to them. Everybody has stake in this so that means we all have responsability. Anything will help. from reducing your own energy signature to writing politicians nonstop and tell them what you want to see happen. As much as they like to think they can ignore us if we all did it, thaey could never ignore us. We need to realize that the power is ours. Somewhere along the way they tricked us into handing it over.TAKE IT BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 1010UK . org <-- join the campaign to get 60 million people to cut their CO2 emissions by 10% this year. Pass it on!

  • Ultimate Solution to Reduce Annual GHG Global emissions

  • very good

  • Guys... I know most of you wont even care about what im saying...

But please think about what could happen..

Stop using so much energy and think before you doing something

  • It will never happen while the oil industry, and the politicians beholden to it, remain such a powerful force.

  • AGW is a fraud. Wake up people

  • 2000-2009 is the warmest decade ever (0.4 degree warmer than average). 1990-1999 was 0.23 degree warmer than average. Greenhouse gas emission is the main contributor. (NOT due to volcanoes, the Sun or whatever shit lies put forth by those climate hoaxers) AGW is a concrete scientific FACT.

The debate now must be on the quickest way for the world to rid of the dependence on fossil fuel.

  • Main polluting countries in the EU are Western and Southern contries. For example in Latvia all electric energy comes from hidroelectric plants and many Northern countries are using biomas and wind power.

  • We need more nuclear power a clean, safer energy solution

  • biomass its only for profit not for people

only renewable as solar, geotermal is good.

  • I wish my nation

united states would follow in on a goal like this.

  • why europa try to rescue the earth?

All other countries dont give a fuck.

Watch this comments here. Some fucking dumpasses think that they can allive with nuclea energie for million years xD

You know that we need Uran for nuclear energie and we have only uran for 50 years.

    hopeless

  • america doesn't give a fuck like europe because their brains are full of sandwiches and fucking big cars

  • Fusion energy will be the eventual solution 50 years down the road. For now, lets concentrate on replacing fossil fuel with Wind, Solar, Hydro, Nuclear, Bio-mass or other none greenhouse gas emitting energy.

  • personally i think everyone is missing the piont the only fesable way forward is nuclear fusion if we do not achieve this within the next 50 to 100 years then we are screwed. There will be no chance that the human race will ever amount to anything if this does not happen.

So stop wasting you time with stupid windmills and inefficient silcon wafers there like firing bbs at a frieght train

Nuclear fusion could potentially supply the earth with electricity for millions to billions of years.

  • where doomed 2020 its not a lie go check it.

all the ice will be gone :'( our lifes at stack

  • i haven't noticed it getting any warmer. and if it does... who cares? nobody called the ice age a global disaster. life adapted. heres an idea: if it gets too hot for you... get air conditioning

  • I predict in the future we will have an abundance of energy because we will have more people using renewable energy technologies which will constantly be improving in efficiency.

  • hey everyone i did a real tesla wireless energy transfer! i got 20 ft wireless maybe i can get 100 ft to a mile! this is important, i am lightning up a florecent light 20 ft away at a reciever coil! please everyone spread, we got to bring teslas work back to life before its to late! wireless power is the future if we learn it and build it! we could obtain energy anywhere on the earth if we use teslas wireless energy system, EVEN IN THE DESERT!

  • Yes, definitely agree! Quality of life and security definitely improves by replacing fossil fuel with renewable clean energy!

  • Nuclear energy, although may not be the way to go, may on the other hand be inevitable to supporting our energy needs of tomorrow.

  • search nikola tesla! i did a real tesla wireless energy transfer! i got 20 ft wireless maybe i can get 100 ft to a mile! this is important, i am lightning up a florecent light 20 ft away at a reciever coil! please everyone spread, we got to bring teslas work back to life before its to late! wireless power is the future if we learn it and build it! we could obtain energy anywhere on the earth if we use teslas wireless energy system, EVEN IN THE DESERT!

  • Nuclear power plants have a lot of waste product called radiation which takes 100's of years to deteriorate. This stuff needs storage and is dangerous in concentrated piles especially. They still have a long way to go in learning how to neutralize it.

It may seem "clean" but in truth it is not.

Natural sources of energy are wonderful, and the only healthy, reliable, safe way to go. The more produced and used the cheaper it gets so let's all get on the bandwagon and start using it.

  • i agree, solar, wind, water renewables energies should be used more. nuclear power isnt such a good idea.

  • A lot of people are starting to use homemade Magnetic Generators to power their homes. They are easily built using the plans at:

    magniwork-review.blogspot(DOT)com

  • I lke your dreams - you're doing so much better than our governments in the west.

  • I think what we should really focus on finding and developing an alternative clean source of energy, such as the nuclear fusion reactors. If we could invest just 1% of world GPD into the research each year, we will probably have 100% renewable enerhy by 2050.

  • You also need to force our (UK) Government to be more proactive in supporting renewable energy. They drag their heeels in every way they can. The interests of Corporate Dinosaurs are getting in the way of renewable energy in the UK. We want Solar panels but will get Smart Meters that will allow Electricity Companies to rip us off for their dirty energy. No energy revolution in the UK; You should punish our politicians and Government for this.

  • 20% is kind of low but I guess it is a start.

  • we'll be lucky if we will EVER be able to supply as much as 20% of our current energy demand with "renewables".

The energy available is simply not there

  • Which is why it is important to both increase the amount of energy produced from renewable sources while also reducing energy consumption by using energy more efficiently, eliminating sources of significant energy loss, and educating people about energy issues.

  • Ofcourse it is.

  • @eric88eric88 Why not bump it up to 50 or 75 percent. That would be possible if we could convince everyone in the world to quite fighting and buy solar panels and build wind turbines. Combine that with Bloombox fuel cells and we could reach that goal.

  • i'd also like it to move faster and i think that 20% in 2020 is not enough but imagine how much 20% represents: millions of tons of co2 emissions but i think this fight starts individually as well.

i think that everyone should do at least one thing that could save the environment

i don't mean buy 20 solar panels, that costs a hell of a fortune , i mean turn down the heat in the house and recycle and stuff

    what do you think ?

  • In 1991 Austria's energy was 70% Hydro

  • Only EU rises such aims for itself with nobody asking for that from aside.

Highest living standards in the world.

  • Good, Europe will be the first who get rid off fossil fuels.

  • These don't need to turn the deserts into a vast dust bowl, no! And turning it into a giant black field (of PV) is obviously a no no. Using billions of post driven COOL mirrors (without the need to bulldoze) is the final solution to UNLIMITED SOLAR thermal power with heat storage.

The Sterling Energy System's proven concept does not store heat BUT is twice as efficient! Maybe bat's or H2 could then be cost effective means? CSP (however designed) provides more jobs than oil and nuclear!

  • If you can work for the future, do it like a team of army invading this potential resource of the future. Army doesn't do killing anymore. Science under corporation is just a joke. They think of iPods and iPhones, not the energy for the home for comfort, or city and nation enjoy gatherings because corporation can own them. Old concept of wealth and possession build us wars among ourselves. Stop wars and distribute technology to more people so they can protect themselves and investigate frauds.

  • this is pathetic. only 20% in 2020? it should be more like 20% by 2012. and why is the EU only doing this.

  • "this is pathetic. only 20% in 2020? it should be more like 20% by 2012. and why is the EU only doing this"

LoL, USA produces 2 times more CO2 per capita then EU. So if this is pathetic, America is two times more pathetic than that.

  • US should start paying more attention to their friends in Europe.

  • friends ??? - the US hasen´t got any friend at all .... only countrys depending on them .....

  • I agree, but then again it's paying a lot for many other countries [I've heard].

  • @namfamily2202 You should maybe do some research before typing something so stupid. The United States has similar plans and in fact we plan to produce 20% of our energy from wind power alone by just 2030. I'm not saying we're better I'm just saying shut the fuck up you America hating moron.

  • @namfamily2202 The United States will satiate 20% of it's energy requirements with wind power alone by 2030. I don't know why so many people assume we're all about the oil. We're the world's number one producers of ethanol by a long shot.

  • @namfamily2202 nah you're too busy starting wars, killing divilians, over oil

  • @namfamily2202 The US produces more renewable energy then any other country. The EU as a whole doesn't produce much more renewable energy then the US. Over 10% of the energy produced in the US is renewable.

  • @namfamily2202 Oops...actually China produces more renewable energy then the US and EU.

  • @michael918273645 "China produces more renewable energy then the US and EU" [Citation needed]. I mean, where is this information published? Thank you.

  • @EuroUser1 This is because of the 3 Gorges Hydro Dam which produces something like 2 TerraWatts of power a year... that alone is more than all the renewable energy produced by US and Europe combined.. (to compare it produces 20x more power than the Hoover Dam)

  • Does anyone know who narrates and directs this video? I need that info to cite it...

  • It wont be enough to tackle climate change!

  • climate change = natural phenomenon

beware of EU, it wants our money

  • wow, where is your proof?

  • Yeah!
