personally i like wu tang forever cause u got triumph, reunited, impossible, hellz wind....shit all their stuff is good

  • Wu-Tang Forever is The BEST group album of ALL TIME. I wouldn't even argue this point with anyone.

  • @LittleEmoBoy001

totally agree man, critics praise 36 chambers, but lyrically forever is vastly superior, both thematically and in terms of rhyme schemes and technical skill

  • I wish gza woulda rapped on this track.

  • sucks ass

  • this song is real deep

  • master killah is a drunken tycoon when spitting

  • Master killah is the drunken master who's rapping killing verses

  • This album is like a thousand percent more lyrically powerful than the first one. It's like they became scientists between the first and second album. what da fuck? haha

  • @LittleEmoBoy001 ...i dont agree but yo is a diff era ...diff points of views diff battles that they face

  • @LittleEmoBoy001 As years go by you should become wiser.

  • poetic justice!

  • All the verses on here are hard but the last two hit hard like baseball bats to the head.

  • If you wanna educate youngins just play em this song and force em to REALLY listen. I remember when I was like 18 back in 1998 playing this song trying to explain to my dudes why they needed to try to get they GED or something and follow me to college, None Listen though. I'm in Miami so if it wasn't Trick Daddy or something they wasn't hearin it.

  • This is simply one of the best. Listen, Live n' Learn. Blessings to everybody struggling in madness.

  • yall don't even fuckn know live n learn then comment bitch

  • Mastah killah has the best verse. People need to stop sleeping on him

  • they all killed this track on their own terms but yeah masta killah was really dramatic i can see a picture he is painting

  • Wordz by Godz to sunz of men.

  • This goes out to Cory Russell of calgary Alberta. may you rest in peace.

Afterlife is a club where we all drink some beers, and smoke a little somethin somethin. yep peace bud until we meet again !

  • RZA actually murked this song. But everybody goes in on this one, just RZA was the best.

  • aint shit changed since then. It's a shame how many muthafuckaz listen to this banger and not even get the fuckin' message.

Rip to all the fallen souljahz.

  • ''the life and times..." deck holds it down EVERYTIME he's first on a track

  • this song pretty much sums up everything thats going on today like young girls that become whores and people just in it for the money

  • this is poetry at its best....when they say things like....(VERSE 1) victoms of worldy ways, (VERSE 2) a voice crys from the wilderness of the north, and. it lightly begins to rain screams of terror, are hidden by the passing trains, (VERSE 3) the wise self flourish inherit, halls of fame,(VERSE 4) the slugs that ignite through the night...there all poetic genius's

  • add on god!

  • @saintpk Of course an imbecile such as yourself would think that the WU TANG CLAN (LOL!) are geniuses.

NEWTON was a genius. OPPENHEIMER was a genius. MOZART was a genius. CHARLIE PARKER was a genius. EINSTEIN was a genius.

Wu Tang Clan are not even CLOSE to being geniuses, you fcking ignoramus.

  • Im sure it means they are geniuses in their feild

  • @djfakt he said poetic genius'. obviously someone who either...

    a)cant read

    b)cant be bothered to read

...is further from being a genius.

  • @djfakt

No but they are dope. The are real raw hip hop.

  • @djfakt

They may not be geniuses, but they are alot more intelligent than you think. And I beg to differ about Mozart. Sure, he was a musical prodigy, but he wasnt a genius.

  • @djfakt ur talking bananas dude ! the wu fuken rule !

  • @djfakt what about GZA?

  • 1:20-2:04 is my favorite part it goes hard

  • Comment removed

  • REAL.

  • great film, great song

  • this and 36 chambers are definitely the best wu albums, this album is pretty much what got me into hip hop altogether..epic and classic

  • It's hard to keep control, I bless those who seek a scroll; trying to reach the nation and break the sleeper hold. I'm not a role model I walk a hard road to follow...

  • best wu tang album, hate on me

  • yeah sun, the godz are building something fierce on this track.

  • From the west coast but lyricly new york has it together on this record.

  • always said this is one of the best and most beautiful wu joints!

    priceless.

  • Inspectah Deck on the set. The Rebel. I make more noise than heavy metal. If you want to be lyrically invincible. Just the study the rebel INS.

  • rza be rippin this song

friends aint shit all they do is drink, smoke, and suck dick!

  • One of the realist songs I have ever heard.

  • ITS THE WU!!!!! .:\/\/:.

  • This song cannot get old because its a fucking classic. It will never die.

  • This song is so fuckin' real. These 9 generals known as wu-tang got shit on lock!

  • Inspectah Deck (who's not my favorite in general) fucking destroys his verse. Good shit.

  • Wu-Tang is GOAT.

  • this song is fire .. wu forever

  • damn that beat hot as hell!!

  • methods got a unique flow its so sick

  • Wu-Tang is east coast hardcore rap, not old school, stupid..

    R.I.P. Ol' Dirty Bastard

  • As we dwell through this concrete hell, calling it home

Mama say, take your time young man and build your own

Don't wind up like your old dad

Still searching for them glory days he never had

    FUCKING CLASSIC LINE

    METH SMASHED THIS TRACK

    WU TANG FOREVER

  • dope shit, alot of people when they think of meth outside the WU they don't think of him for his unique style and intelligence on the track

  • HA HA! The next 2g homo ass dude that tells me joe budden is fucking with Meth on the mic, i'm bagging him! the gods are manifesting the 8th degree on this track. BUILD/DESTROY

  • Joe Budden isn't that bad,go listen to some Slaughterhouse.

  • ur right soulja, sun is diesant. it's just hillarious to me when you compare the 2emcees catalog and people could say dude is fucking with meth. meth substance and originality in his lyrics makes joe an C rated(average) mc compared to the god, or any of the clan.i'm not cheerleading for the clan just keeping it real. personally my top 10 mc list are 1. krs 2. guru

    3.rakim 4. g-rap 5. nas 6. big daddy kane 7. masta ace 8. raekwon 9. prodigy 10. blk thought, cl smooth, & slick rick

  • @godzman7 no disrespect , but how could anyone NOT have kool g rap on their list?

kool g gave birth to the big willie, mafioso, glam rap.

all these dudes consider kool g the best, so how can the people that praise him be ahead of him on a list?

  • nobody compare todays "rap" with this.this is untouchable wu pac pun biggie big l all the niggaz

    old skool 4eva

  • I love Inspectah Deck but Meth has been my fave since the 36 chambers first came out. I dont know I just like his flow and the crude shit he says makes me laugh

  • i agree. the song METHOD MAN is the shit. he's rapped with the greatest including biggie and pac. i think blackout 2 is a hot album too

  • the godz r teachin.....listen up!

  • Inspecta Deck is definetly the best member of Wu Tang. I don't why people keep saying Meth is the best member of WU Tang only because he has media exposure and is more of an industry dude now. Inspecta Deck is under-ground and under-rated. His solo career is the shit as well. His triumph verse killed it, he killed it on this track, protect ya neck.

    Deck is my favourite.

  • I love Deck, but Rza and Ghostface are may favorite.

  • Deck is the tightest on group albums and on guest appearances. He never could hold an album by himself tho. Overall I think GZA and Ghostface are the two most consistent members. That's just my opinion tho.

  • You haven't hear Uncontrollable Substance have you?

  • Yes i have. But if you're talking consistency, album after album, he hasn't been as consistent as Ghost and GZA. Deck has always been nicer on guest spots and group joints.

  • Ghost Face is the best. Especially when he has a topic he's building on. He has the most passion .

  • @Antrizzle2009 that argument holds no water. i looove deck. but i know for every verse from deck, i can find a verse from someone else thats fire.

and consistency means little to me. gza puts out his own product. ghost had a 5 album deal. dont blame him for not being exposed on the samw level.

i honestly think masta killa spit darts that most people miss. he gets faulted for being too deep. and i never heard meth come wack on any album or solo track.

  • Literally every Ghost album has been fire except for this last one. Never heard Meth come out with a wack album? Do you have Tical 0? Hell even Judgment Day was weak. Way too many skippable tracks on there. Plus on Blackout 2 he was clearl out-shined by Redman. GZA always puts out hot shit meanwhile.

  • @Antrizzle2009 judgement day? weak? name a weak song on that album

  • For one, that shit had way too many skits on there. That got annoying as hell. Two, the shit had much more of a commercial sound to it, not like the grimey dark-sound from Tical. And yes there were a few weak tracks on it. It's universally recognized as a dissapointing effort by Meth. He made up for it when the first Blackout album came out tho.

  • @Antrizzle2009 funny, you didnt name a weak song. and that project was 6 years after his last one. i would hate for anyone to sound the same 6 years later. MC's evolve as they get older. blackout wasnt a solo album. that doesnt count. i let judgement day play and i never skip a track.

  • Judgement Day came out in '98, 4 years after Tical, not 6. I understand evolving, but he completely went away from his style with that apocalyptic shit he was doin on there. I guess it wasn't wack, but it wasn't Tical, or anything near as good as what we had come to expect from Meth. Dude was one of the best MC's in the game in the mid 90's and to be me that album was the beginning of him falling off.

  • @Antrizzle2009 what else could he have done different? i think back to judgement day and im trying to find a solo album that was better in that era. maybe redmans "docs the name", or dmx "its dark and hell is hot", but not much better was coming during that time.

nothing blew that away back then. i would have bought that album for "perfect world" alone. add "torture", "killing fields", and every track in between. i honestly cant find a wack song on that CD. it gets better each time

  • Maybe the tracks weren't wack but none of them blew me away the way shit on Tical did. Sweet Love, Party Crasher, Step By Step, Elements, etc... these are average tracks at best. If he would have gotten rid of all the skits, and cut it down to like 13-14 tracks, I'd say it woulda been a very good album.

  • tical was a classic album. how many MCs can follow up a classic with a classic?

tical was new raw and original on some grimey shyt. but you got a good ear. the tracks you named were the weakest on the album. when the last time you been blew away by anybody? his shit dont blow me away either.

  • I'm really feelin everybody in Slaughterhouse right now. They seem to be the top dudes out right now. Royce's album is fire. Juelz about to drop as well. I heard Blackstar bout to come back with a group album. It's some cats still doin it big lyrically that's for sure.

  • @Antrizzle2009 sean price (aka ruck)has been consistent for the last 10 years.

  • yeah wu's my favorite forever. but sean price is the truth right now. keepin it real.

  • @Antrizzle2009 All these tracks (Sweet Love, Party Crasher, Step By Step, Elements) are well-above average. Get real.

  • @Antrizzle2009 I agree to with you to a certain extent, When I first heard Judgementday in 98 I wasn't feelin it that much, but as time passed by I started to love that album. I say Meth started to fall off when he dropped Tical: 0 The Prequel, cause he was still the shit until 2003.

  • Yea he totally messed up on that album. He went for the album sales and that's just not him. He blamed Puff for that flop but truth is, Def Jam has never done a good job promoting him as a solo artist, even tho he was one of their major acts in the 90's.

  • @sheptropremix there is no best

  • you might think so but i stand by my opinion. Inspecta Deck is the illest when it comes to flow, lyrics, punch lines u name it. he is my favourite from wu tang

  • WU TANG FOREVER fuck all modern hip hop nothing can touch this

  • I loved Method's verse.

    Dope track!

  • u-god--"cause the good die young and the hard die best"

    real talk-------

  • WU for life!!

  • I love this sample so much

  • What i never got was that even in this song thay say that you cant party your life away drink your life away etc. but thay do instead thay should keep doing music together i thought thay would of stay united even stronger even after odb's death.

  • wild shit this is why i love the wu

  • ....and by other mediums not just tv or movies .. like I'd love to see INS become a novelist, Masta Killa a preacher, Gza a professor of poetry with his own nobel prize .. why can't the Gza write the next Great American Novel ?.. they aren't kids anymore.. I hope their talent was just used by us to smoke dope and bob our heads to

  • Wu-Tang Clan isn't "fading out". We know they're real hip hop poets. I agree they can do other things, but true Hip Hop is a legitimate art form of music.

  • I think the shame with the Wu Tang Clan, is they couldn't transform this into other mediums.. a few members, Rza and Meth. worked in film, tv.. But as serious artists, all 9 members are very talented poets.. just a pity to see them fade out

  • ILL

  • this song is to dope!!!

  • words can't explain how sick this is...

    wu-tang forever--mad respect

  • oh yer and HAAAAAAAAAAAA 1st to comment lol

  • this is true hiphop SON
