it's not, but it's likely by the same maker as the $650 one. There's different choices of patterns for the suit. So... the one you saw was likely the diamond pattern one. It's the most expensive and has little diamonds all over the blue suit. Mine is plain blue and was around $350 or less. There's also the "S" pattern which I think was around $450? Personally I think that would be best of them all. And keep in mind that price includes everything, not just the milliskin suit.

i hated the rubber "S" and the fact that the belt is like..it goes in an angle or a triangle...plus in the movie i notice his hair is brown as clark and black as superman..it mde nooo sence,,but still its pretty cool that you have a supersuit

Sure I look enough like him. Medium build, short brown hair, brown eyes rather than blue, not as muscular as I'd like to be and my abs need some work (but Superman's strength comes from within). When my hair grows a little longer I get a natural little curl in the front. The suit looks better on me than on the mannequin. It's pretty thin. Maybe I can put a pic somewhere....
