  • I agree RCMP are the worst

  • Nobody can be this nuts to do this themselves, I think Cindy was murdered and set up to be gas lighted...damn RCMP, worst cops ever especially in this era.

  • They made her look crazy so no one would take her, or anyone else like her seriously. A person has to live. Authorities could have been involved.

  • why do all these people look so weird? they look like vampires or something haha

  • Am I the only one that's bothered that they didn't bother to check her phone bill records? Don't those phone bills have a record of every call made to and from your house?

  • It's funny how people keep asking how it is possible a person could hogtie themselves. Harry Houdini would be laughing himself silly.

  • She did it to herself. There are cases like this on record.

  • she could have done this to herself. it's possible. BUT there is just no evidence to rule anything out and to say that we defiantly know what happened. i dont know what to think of this case in what think actually happened, all i know is that either way its sad. sad that someone is that fucked up to hurt another and to torture someone for years or if it was a mental illness

  • Jandre. High in the Sun. New Video

  • @rgvbartenders

    Stop spamming asshole!

  • now this is gonna give me nightmares! why am i watching this horror!

  • The first case, and inspiration, of "One Missed Call"... Just kidding... I'm not serious about that, just a passing through my mind. But more seriously, I wouldn't bet that she was being harrassed and stalked. The overdose should NOT suggest suicide. Anyone can kill someone with drugs. It's not so common to be listed as a suicide. At least, I don't think. Sorry to offend or disgust anyone with my opening joke. It just reminded me of "Scream" or "One Missed Call".

  • Sounds like to me the cops did it.The main reason I think this is because of their ridiculous "explanations".

  • thoes cops fucking dickheads thay shound of found the person or persons who were hurting her not trying to see if she doing of those things to her seft fucking stuipd cops

  • How can someone hogtie themselves? I'm not even joking. I really don't know how that can be possible.

  • Personally I think she took the drugs, and then tied herself up hoping to be found like she had before, and accidently died from the overdose. She seemed to be mentally ill and desperate for attention.

  • I listened to one of the threatening messages left for Cindy (it's posted on her sister Melanie's website), and the voice sounds like a woman's. It lends credence to the idea that it was Cindy doing it to herself.

Google the name Ruth Finley. Her story is nearly identical to Cindy's (e.g., kidnapped, almost fatally stabbed, threatening letters received, cut telephone wires, urine left on the porch, etc.). It turns out she was doing all those things to herself as a cry for help.

  • ....alfred hitchcock could have written this...

  • People like this deserve to be destroyed

  • @Seigu007 Why? Because she might have been ill?

  • @Vatfryer Shes unfit to deserve life.

  • @Seigu007 How do you figure? Because she might have been mentally ill? If that's the case, then your terrible opinion is the same as Hitler's. You would be sicker than Cindy.

  • @Vatfryer shes a burden to those around her. Why are you defending her behavior?

  • look up Munchause syndrome. I think she had it. Often those who know a lot about medicine like cindy (she was a nurse) have the syndrome. The syndrome is about those who fake ailments to seek attention , compassion , etc..

  • Schizophrenic psychosis maybe heaven knows?

  • her mind save the babies and become a hero and therefore gain attention for it but as it was she ended up killing the babies and yes she did get some attention but for all the wrong reasons! i think that anyone who suffers from a mental illness should be cared for and looked after properly and given the right kind of drugs to help their illness i hope that cindy is happier where she is now god rest her soul! my thoughts and prayers go out to her family!

  • maybe cindy was suffering from munchausen's syndrome? i mean she claimed that she was being stalked harrassed on the phone maybe she did do all that herself as a way of getting attention. that english baby murdering nurse beverley allit suffered from munchausen's syndrome and the way she went about getting attention was she drugged the poor defenceless wee babies then when a different dr went in to check on the babies and found them fighting for their lives beverley allit would come in and in

  • No one is THAT desperate for attention; not to the point of slaughtering herself but making sure beforehand that her suicide "looks" like a murder. Anyone who can believe that is seriously lacking in analytical thinking skills. I think it is probable, LIKELY even that her stalker made a specific and consistent effort to frame her--both for mental illness and filing false reports, so that when she WAS murdered, absolutely no one would be looking for her killer. It was a devious SOB who did this.

  • @RETROGEMS $

definitely. instead of ruling her death a suicide they should have posted rewards for the capture of her killer....that would scare him. then again, if someone was calling ME, i would record the conversations on teh phone to prove to ppl...

  • @safarigurl150 Audio/visual evidence is key...of most if not ALL stalking cases. Once the stalker's suspicious/threatening/illegal activity is caught on tape or video, the police will have zero choice other than to investigate the situation.Too bad this lady didn't produce some hard evidence of her harassment. I feel so bad for her and her family! :-(

  • @RETROGEMS

yeah....the big prob with the system is, even if u DO get the proof and police ARE on the case, there is very little u can do to protect yourself - u cnant have an officer w u 24/7, and a restraining order is merely a LEGAL barrrier btwn u and the stalker - not a PHYSICAL one (comment from a psychologist). i watched this biuo where two girls were stalked by their exes, very openly they had a restraining order . an officer assigned to the case, the guy managed to shoot her in a mall.

  • @RETROGEMS I believe she was a mind-controlled beater slave, and that she was programmed not to remember, and programmed not to be able to tell what happened to her. There are men who use these women/slaves to get their frustrations out on, and then the go on to lead "normal" lives. Some they use for sex, setting people up, murder, the most heinous of "duties" its very sad. She had a handler who could have even made her do these things to herself on occasion to discredit her nightmare..

  • im pretty sure she was fucking mentally ill like come on she not once saw the the man lol n what kind of guy stabs yu n locks the door on the way out i mean like come on n the whole walking the dog at 3-am is pretty dum like alright the dog might have needed to take a dump but i rather have him shit in my house then walk him at 3am when theres a sopposed stalker after me lol

  • @nwolwo You never know ! she may have been mentally sick..or living a double life..

  • @nwolwo Yeah, never become a cop. You'd suck at it like these guys. :/

  • @superstaff wow your telling me if you got jumped time after time after time you wouldnt be able to see him once at all? n would you walk your dog at 3am wen theres a maniac after you? i mean what aret he cops soppose to think about her there are way to many holes in her story to be true

  • I'm not saying she is lying, but the fact that she seems to have never seen her attacker/s, speaks volumes. Not only that, but in part 1 when the investigator found her in her home, he mentioned that all the doors were locked. So you're telling me that someone one broke into her home, hit her over the head, wrote a note, and stabbed the note through her hand, and actually BOTHERED to lock the doors back?

  • walking her dog, at 3am?? no it doesnt make sense..

  • Why couldn't Tom give the police a description of the man who ran, I mean come on!!

  • Someone she worked with could have stalked her. (That's if she didn't do it herself) I mean the guy knew when she seperated from her husband, n he used a needle to drug her...so if it wasn't her, then it was obviously a creepy coworker

  • It was sooo funny hearing robert stack say "she was attacking her self".

  • She dug her own grave. That's all I care to say.

  • @remoteoutofcontrol If she was mentally ill, then she had no control over it.

  • I wonder if she was schizophrenic

  • This was so obviously her own doing.

  • They never found the needle?

  • iv seen a similar tv show were a womwn had multiple personalitys and harmed her self but couldnt remember.

  • Attention whore.

  • i can tie myself up like that, plus whos to say she didnt get someone to tie her up?

there are people who purposely try to get certain diseases and hurt themselves for the attention, so its be plausible that she did do all of this

  • @MattBeckstrom

But, regarding the guy who ran away - since he fled the scene, wouldn't that place him higher on their suspect list than if he had cooperated willingly?

  • @SillyIrishPenguin Oh, I agree. I think that the police should have taken a description of the individual and/or interrogated/tailed the person. I have serious issues with Cindy's story, however. She never gave a description/talked to a sketch artist. When the basement caught fire, it was determined that the fire was started from the inside. Why would she be walking her dog at 3:00 a.m. when she was being stalked? Wouldn't it be smarter to walk the dog in broad daylight?

  • "Some years later, a television series entitled "Unsolved Mysteries" aired, and the officers involved in the case began to consider the possibility that they were calis fucking douche bags".

Seriously, is it even possible to securely hog tie yourself?

  • She was a nurse and worked with other medical professionals who had access to that kind of drug. Maybe she knew of a cover up happening with in the hospital. Still it does not make sense that even her own private investigator, or the police could not find one clue after 100s of threats and attacks on her. Wow

  • I stand by what i said before, she had mental issues and probably killed herslef during a "black out" period. Its not common but from what the evidence is showing its very probable.

  • @Neesharani how the hell did she hogtie herself??

  • @barf245 No joke look up stuff about people who are double jointed. My own sister can literaly tie her self up, then flip her arms around like that! Sis did it for some talent show when she was in HS. If this lady only ment to get attention and some thing went worng...well its sad. I think they should have kept her longer in the mental hospital to be safe.

  • It seems obvious that she was doing it to herself.

  • I think she was a 'Attention seeker' who desperetly wanted to be the victim of a psycho stalker so she did all that shit to herself....the fact that she never seen this dude? etc and the stories dont add up..Poor Sick attention seeking woman! Rip

  • thats her familys fault for not taking charge of the situation....they should of took her away

  • it does seem inprobable that anyone was harrassing her all that time, but the fact that the neighbor saw a man who ran away and that she was hogtied and drugged doesnt allow homocide to be ruled out

  • @MeesterCrumpet I thought about that guy that ran away when they asked him to call 9-1-1; and I thought to myself, "maybe that guy didn't want to get involved. Maybe he didn't want to have to answer questions down at the Police station. Maybe he didn't want to be a suspect." Another thing I thought about was the cut phone lines. Cindy's friend picked up the phone and it was dead. How could a stalker cut the phone lines without a 15-foot ladder and a cutting tool?

  • @MeesterCrumpet If she was a mind-controlled beater slave then she would be programmed not to remember.

  • I dislike the detective and his callousness,,,,,,,I believe he had something to do with her murder
