it's from the movie "the killer eye". came out a few years ago. this opthomologist (sp?) does a test on this kid and the kid dies and his eyeball comes out and hypnotizes people and starts fondling them,or making someone fondle them. movie is very short. like 75 minutes i think. it's at netflix or blockbuster online,if you have them.
