This is brilliant! Not only is it a great song (that I never heard, or heard of!) but your background notes are extremely helpful. Not just the lyrics and translations (which are much appreciated!) but the fact that you mentioned the film Hedd Wyn, which I've also never heard of. I am trying to build my Welsh film collection and this was a great lead. I was fortunate to find it on VHS at a reasonable price. Diolch fawr!
