My newf is 2.5 months old. She didn't really care for the first bath but my god she destroys the water bowl. She sits in it. Splashes in it. Knocks it over and then rolls around in it. I'd be fine with it if I wasn't having to clean up her pee and poop too!

We breed newfs, and have 4 adults at the moment, love them to peices! And every single Newf thathas ever come in our yard, has played with the sprickler! Your pup is beautiful :) Hes going to be a big guy!

@RnAyWaR There's something about a Newfoundland unlike any other dog. Their gentle demeanor and loving nature makes them the perfect pet. However, my Newfoundland always wants a peanut butter sandwich at 9 o'clock every evening. I'm going broke!
But I love all my babies.

@Hunteress90 as puppies, it all depends how they are raised. We have 2 who are off the wall play with you, fetch, run, drag you around the lake, and the other 2 are very laid back, happy to lay on your lap and watch movies, or walk with you. Notta care in the world :) All in all though, AMAZING breed. the breed standard, is very calm (once matured) laid back.

lol this reminds me of my friend's newfie who tried to drink water out of a running bathtub faucet! This breed is so cute.

newfies and bernes have best temper! my berner is 4months and i thought he was big, but urs is MASSSIVE!!! hope hes doing great, make sure u give lots of omega 3 oil for their joints

spell it how ever you want it! I've had newfs for over 28 years and they wouldn't care if it's spelled wrong! very cute solid "newfy" you've got! enjoy every minute.
