WOW. he prob hit the gas instead of brake it happens sometimes. one of the guys i work with did that by accident into a fence but there wasn't any damage.
was it a car for handicapped people !! like the gas and brake is a handle on the steering wheel ?? cuz if so this makes perfect sense !! i worked at a car wash/ detail shop in high school and those cars are very sensitive and easy to lose control of !! it happened a few times !!
I'm gonna give him the benefit of the doubt and say he didn't adjust the seat when he got in and couldn't reach the brake pedal.
