I have been giving this advice for a long time but some people don't care to listen. Some do, and it works. After finishing your favorite dish of spicy food, and if the hot sauce is lingering in your mouth, do not drink cold water, or milk. go to the sink turn on the faucet for hot water (Not too warm not too Hot) and rinse out your mouth with the water. do it twice or three times and that spicy zing from your mouth will be gone in less than a minute! Trust me, Im a Hot Sauce Extraordinaire!
