@zx420xz Well manufacturers suggested depth if 2.5ft deep standard(due to electricals etc. Although I have been much deeper many of times without issues. With the deep water fording kit(not much use on civilian hummers due to the electricals) they are rated for 5foot depth and that is drive in the water to 5 feet for 1min, turn the engine off for 1min at 5ft deep then start it up and drive out.
That was so stupid, salt water is the worst for a car, hust wait a few weeks and you will si it rusting, if you want to get your car in water go to a river
