Thanks so much for taking the time out of your busy schedule, to help some of us that really need it. I'm 50 279 lbs 5'6". I started last Saturday on trying to get my health back. I ordered the resistance bands. I'm so confused as what to eat i been just eating vegies and fruit. Quit drinking coffee and my head has been pounding. I have high blood pressure and am a truck driver so 10 to 13 hours a day in the seat. I feel i dont need to eat so mush cause i dont do anything. but work. Thanks!!
Congratulations on taking the first step to getting your health back! The exercise band workouts will be great for you because you can take them on the road with you. If you can get out for a 20 minute walk a few days a week, that would also be good. As for your diet, fresh fruits and vegetables are great. Try to get some protein from baked chicken, fish or beans in your diet too. Stay away from sugary stuff and fried foods, and feel free to email me anytime with questions
