  • Congratulations on taking the first step to getting your health back! The exercise band workouts will be great for you because you can take them on the road with you. If you can get out for a 20 minute walk a few days a week, that would also be good. As for your diet, fresh fruits and vegetables are great. Try to get some protein from baked chicken, fish or beans in your diet too. Stay away from sugary stuff and fried foods, and feel free to email me anytime with questions
