@luvfallinginreverse simple! just create a new game in heaven or hell difficulty. in that difficulty, you're able to take down anything in one hit, bosses included! Cerberus is the only boss that takes more than one hit in that difficulty, but that's only because the ice that clads him serves as armor. so go to that difficulty and just keep shooting at him when you get there! But be careful, cuz you also die in one hit. not including the jesters challenge with the pinksphere

@luvfallinginreverse your going to need to use swordmaster, and the shotgun, what your going want to 1 head at a time jump into it's face blast it with the shotgun until the ice armor breaks then jump back into the air and use Aerial rave until he attacks or that head is cut off, and repeat for the other two
