Hope she comes back here and there at least because she is in my opinion that appears to be whatever "normal" is. Vicki has been really catty, rude, and arguementative for the last two seasons. I don't know if it's the way they are filming it, hell it might be scripted. I prefer the Vicki from the earlier seasons.
