They stopped it because Kristin went to do Wicked. There were plans to continue but after she finally left Wicked, it didn't work out.

No, according to her book, the producer LOVED the idea...then they changed producers and the new one hated it. He said that "Kristin" wasn't realistic...there wasn't someone like Kristin in the world. So the new producer made it nearly impossible to watch the show (even her parents had no idea when it was on). He pretty much killed it. BUT she did leave shortly afterwards for Wicked.

Usually, I can't stand moments like the kiss in comedies, but this is one of the funniest and sweetest I've seen. Because it's a twist. She's not the doe eyed christian girl who falls for her badass boss, it's the other way around, and I like that. And she's not all "Oh crap, do I like him?" after. Snazzy and underrated.
