if you have dark hair you need to bleach(to a pale yellow for pink and orange or yellow color for the blue) it out so the bright colors will show up. If you all ready have bleached your hair and it is still not staying in apply the bright color to your hair dry and put a bag over it and leave on for 45 mins. Rise with COLD water. And after wash your hair with a color extending shampoo and conditioner.
