  • Just seen clips of your work & being retired from producing several years of telethons here in Toronto, & now doing background work in movies & commercials, your gymnastics, body core & command of language in instructionals begs the question why haven't you been picked up by a talent agent. You must have a career in some other field. What you show in these parkour bits is more impressive re creativity than trying to see how you can twist your arm flexes in front of a wall. Cirque du Soleil!

  • @4sportsguy <--- To get big arms you must not only focus on ur biceps. Its a common mistake which a lot of beginners do.

    No doubt, biceps are intimidating & attractive, but just focusing on them and ignoring forearms & triceps won't give u big bulging arms. Its the trio of well trained triceps, biceps & forearms which leads to freaky big guns.

    I think you should understand some things. Each body works in different ways, some guys grow easier training chest and triceps, some grows with backs and triceps.

    Never focus on only one muscle, you need to cover everything up

    Chest exercises uses alot of Triceps; Backs exercises uses alot of Biceps. If you train right your shoulders it should ease some growth in chest and back.

    It's just a few of bunch of curiosities. You should know that 2/3 of the arms is Triceps. Think :).

    Vegetarian or not, the best protein in natural food is Chicken Breast. Absolutely, can't compare with any other single natural food.

    Eat man, just eat right, you'll get shocked by the results. Working out without eating right won't give out what you want, trust me. And i'm not talking about any paid Diet out there.

    Look for "Burn The Fat: Feed The Muscle" report from Tom Venuto.

    Tom Venuto is a natural bodybuilder who won competitions a lot of times and have LOTS of clients for like 20 years. After i read that and started to do some of what's said there, i got results like never before. I swear

    Haha, you should read more. You can make the perfect supplement mix, but if you eat wrong you won't get not even half of what you'd get from eating perfectly without any supplement.

  • @bulletmontage It's genetics. Depending on peoples genetics,they can have 6 packs or not,the form of the abs etc. Some of the best bodybuilders have only reached 4 due to genetics.

    It's either that, or you have a bit of fat that needs to be lost.

    Work out every other day. You have to give your muscles time to cool down and regrow before you start ripping them open again.

  • Hey man, good video, i can tell you have worked hard for your body. i've been working out since january, mainly focusing on my abs, pecs and biceps, the abs are coming along nicely thanks to your ab workout video but the biceps and pecs are lacking abit. this workout looks great for biceps but i dont have any gym equipment because i have no room to put it. i was hoping you would be able to help me by suggesting some bicep workouts were i dont need equptment.

  • I don't think you full understand the reason behind incline curls. The objective is to isolate the bicep and force out the shoulder recruitment, therefore lying back on the seat so your shoulders are down. If your lower back is resting and shoulders not touching the seat, there's no difference between this and standing.

  • @kustomcougar I'm pretty sure this guy is natural. Unlike most people, there's few individuals who with dedication and discipline, over 6-7 years acquire great amounts of muscle, like this individual and many of my older friends who give me advice at the gym.

  • Here's something you should try Keith. Gow slower on the negative(downward) and you'll get better gains. I don't have much muscle, but I learned that from watching a Frank Zane video. Just a thought. Nice Biceps btw.

  • @MihaiM1ha1 it depends what you do, if you do a major workout so that next day you can barely move your arms, give it around 2 days break, this gives your muscle a chance to heal and grow, you will have to do more and more and lift heavier weights to achieve the same dead arm feeling the next day or so, but this means your making lots of progress :)

  • @wachdoinfool wrong. if your biceps are in that state after a major workout you need to give them a weeks rest not two days.

  • I'd saw twice a week..like once on monday and again on friday..may back workouts work on your biceps too.
