I talked with my Managers with no resolve! All that truly matters is to show up on time, Work when called in out of the blue and in any store within HRM and outskirts. Honestly I feel I was looked over because I had a learning disability... I was a dedicated hard working Cutter. All physical jobs that don't require a lot of Brain work.

when I first started everything was fine, employees were happy and the shoppers was too. I was making $6.75/hr then and to say im not money motivated would be a lie but I still didn't care because I enjoy what I do and we all got along.
In the past 2 years I have notice alot of changes from this company. Our staff are not getting along and major hr cut back and more work are pushed upon us. They need to come to store 715 and clean house on managers

I start at sobeys when I was 16, 10 yrs later and a trade. All sobeys would pay was 9.50 perhr. Your just a number!
