Excellent presentation. Capt Nelson speaks for all of us that know the enviros have used the Mag Stev Act as a weapon to close fisheries.. Why do they want to close fisheries? The logical answer is enviro jobs. With the decline in the economy & dramatic price incerase of fuel, the fishing effort declined significantly. Despite this, the SAFMC declared the Red Snapper over fished and closed it. Shame, shame for those that have bought into this farse without factual support!!!
