Man, I tried doing something like this a few months back. When I started working on the third dimension part of it (the collision half of it, as everything else was done), my hard drive died. =\

The sound effects and music. WONDERFUL version of the Mario theme. Such atmosphere.

The sprites are from the original Paper Mario, actually. This game was partly inspired by SPM, though (the textures on the level).

No, not yet. I'm working on a better camera system, though. Right now it just makes objects in the way of Mario transparent.
